Tasteless.
He was talking about the Americans who helped create the conditions needed for World War II to happen. Perhaps he is referring to the very real and powerful Socialist Party which included Prescott Bush, George Herbert Walker, the Harriman Brothers, and most of the Skull and Bones crowd?
Apologize? No. Prosecute these war criminals? Yes.
Most commenters here won't know what I am talking about because they have been dumbed down by public education in America since the 1940's. Wake up people, read, research, the truth does not fear investigation!
