Wicomico County Sheriff's Office Press Release
Incident: Possession of CDS
Date of Incident: 17 June 2009
Location: Wicomico County Tourism Center, U.S. 13, Salisbury, MD
Suspect:
1. John Mulford, 27, Salisbury, MD
2. Dahtez D. Jones, 23, Salisbury, MD
3. Gabrielle Brothers, 21, Delmar, MD
4. Ashlie M. Meadows-Simms, 21, Fruitland, MD
Narrative: On 17 June 2009 at 4:40 PM, deputies from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of four individuals using CDS while sitting inside a vehicle at the Wicomico County Tourism Center. Upon arrival, the deputies located the four individuals seated in their vehicle in a back corner of the parking lot. The four quickly exited their vehicle and denied any involvement in any illicit activities. A WCSO K9 team arrived and scanned the vehicle for the presence of the odor of illegal drugs, during which the K9 alerted positively to that odor. Based on the alert the vehicle was searched and the deputies located the remnants of opiate type narcotic pills along with a burnt spoon wherein the pills had been burned into a liquid form. Located also in the vehicle and on the person of one of the subjects were syringes that had apparently been recently used to inject the drugs.
The investigating deputy placed all four subjects under arrest and they were all transported to the Central Booking Unit where they were processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, Mulford, Jones and Brothers were all released by the Commissioner on Personal Recognizance. Meadows-Simms was detained in the Detention Center by the Commissioner in lieu of $25,000.00 bond.
Additionally, Meadows-Simms was also discovered to have an outstanding Failure to Appear Bench Warrant for a Theft case. She was held on an additional $10,000 bond in this case.
Charges:
Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Obvious by the photos they are all still feeling the effects of what eer the CDS was.....
The big H would be my quess, I dont think most people around here understand how bad it is. One day the world will have to forget and stop caring about people that dont care about themselves. Let them rot.
Green shirt looks almost dead.
The bottom 2 pictures have been here on the blog before, haven't they?
Career criminals?
The fourth guy can't even open his eyes! What a bunch of junkies! These are going to be the future burdens on America (assuming that they aren't already!)
the boy in the last picture looks like he is higher than a kite.
Maroons! You would think they could find a better place to shoot up than a public parking lot in the broad daylight!Duh!
If they want to destroy themselves thats one thing but I just hope for the safety of the public they are not discarding their nasty used needles out in the open too!
Prime candidates for the government sanctioned drive by dope mobile. Coming soon to a neighborhood near you.
You cannot give up on someone with an addiction and 'let them rot'. What if we 'gave up' on people with cancer or aids? Some of those people dont care about themselves either. Ignoring them and letting them rot is what creates a burden on our system. Lets focus on rehabilitation and prevention. Comments suggesting that we treat these people as discarded products show the ignorance of a soiety that cant see past their own stuck up noses.

Damn Boot! I didn't know you was on that stuff.
Buddy I couldnt care less about the idiots. All they will do is reproduce more idiots. Its a garbage disposal problem to me.
addiction is a disease. most of you are addicted to alcohol and/or cigarettes, so get over yourselves, and get real, they are people with a problem.
Looks like the only one that made it to getting high is the last one
It's sad but true, no one can help any addict until they decide to help themselfs. Until that time comes they may as well be in jail, at least they are safer there, unless of coarse you are in WCDC and you may get killed in there.
Some people are self-destructive by nature.
2:33 p.m. - Maroon is a color. Perhaps you meant moron.
It was an in-joke inspired by Bugs Bunny ("what a maroon!")
Sorry I should have parenthesized "maroons".LOL
6:45, no, she meant "maroons." Bugs Bunny used to say that.
The gal on top looks like that woman who canvasses neighborhoods and supermarket parking lots telling a sob story of how she just need $12 more to get medicine for her sick child.
FYI....the last one, the guy in the green....has at least two kids (that I know of). Good example huh?
man the top picture she looks like she got hte hell beat out of her
Support the New and Approved National Health Plan!
also to the anon 2:45 PM
people dont ask for cancer they sometimes dont have a choice these tool bags had a choice. Dont go comparing cancer patients to heads like these its not right or fair my grandmother and grandfather both had cancer. Do you think that they wanted that? No they didnt i dont think they wnated to be taken away from their grand children so early in life or have us seeing them in a weakened condition trying to entertain us when we came to visit. So dont for one second compare these low life crap piles to cancer patients these kids need parents who give a $H!t or take some initiative to better themselves. I am probably the smae age age these people and i have ALOT to show for it like my Class A cdl with all endorsements, two pyrotechnics licenses and a active member of my local fire department and all because i made good decesions and had wonderful parenting. However even if i didnt have good parents I still would be where i am today because of the choices i have made.
to all those out there chanting the mantra that addiction is a disease, i say thats a bunch of crap. and my opinion has been formed, not from some clinical study or book, but from 20 years of my own addictions. you name it, i did it (with the exception of herion. i can't watch my dog get a needle). while i agree there seems to be a personality trait that lends itself to addictions, i cannot agree at all that it should be labeled a "DISEASE". it is a choice. all the addicts of the world, along with myself, chose to live their life that way. no one ever twisted my arm to take any of the drugs i ingested, snorted, or smoked. i was a willing participant. in the same way that i chose to take drugs, i chose to stop using. it was a long and difficult process, to stop using. failed attempts for 10 years. i can now say that i have been clean and sober for over 15 years. life is wonderful. have a beautiful wife, great kids, and my dog loves me to pieces. it's a choice people. choose not to use... you can do it.
9:17 you are not afflicted with the disease and are lucky for that. just because you are something, doesnt mean everyone is that... are you serious?
come on man.
Sure is an ugly bunch
These idiots act like they own their own bodies. They seem to think they can put whatever into their bodies and get away with it. Way to go Police.
The guy in green goes by the name Curtis. Went to school with him.
