On Monday night at 6 pm, Council will vote to ratify their decision to provide Urban Salisbury with $11K to allow us to survive until June 30.
There is still some opposition to this funding. Without your support it may not be approved.
Please let your Council Member know that downtown revitalization is critical to the future of the community. Remind them Urban Salisbury can deliver results.
Join us on Monday, May 11 at 6 pm in the Council Chambers so Council can see the people of Salisbury want Downtown to be the best it can be.

Another gallactic waste of taxpayer dollars. Downtown is dead and a money pit.
And while you are there, Urban Salisbury folks, you better stay and support health insurance for the 2 people on council willing to stand up for you!

I agree with the comment that they need to stay in support of Campbell & Cohen.

Yes, Debbie and Terry stuck their necks out for Urban Salisbury. Without anything expected for them in return.
But if these folks want continued support, they need to support the two of them.
As for 4:18's comment, not a waste of money. The money needs to be directed at sweeping out those holding up downtown's coming back, not rewarding them and other FOB's.
All those people who were for Urban Salisbury should have stayed you could have witnessed Bubba acting like an ass and embarassing Debbie. I wanted to go up and slap him in his fat face and tell him to act like a man. The way he talked to Debbie and ingnored her questions was embaressing. Come join the fight. We have had enough.!

All talk and no action!!!
1. Support Urban Salisbury.
2. Support Debbie and Terry and tell those wretches to stop lying about everything.
3. Tell them to stick the Hazmat trailer in Hoppes' ear.
4. Tell them to cut stupid things like the All America City Award. We deserve that like the Wicomico deserves a clean river award. Just more junkets for FOBs.
5. Can the increases for the favored few.

The best thing about downtown Salisbury is the Park & Flea.
The downtown area needs to be revilalized but the current direction is all wrong. Put some restaurants with outside seating,some bars and entertainment.If you want people to come downtown they need a reason.I have seen this type of downtown revitilzation all over the country and it works. Especially in the College towns. Drs. & lawywers offices need to go.
