MEMBERS ATTEND ON VOLUNTARY BASIS BUT IF FAILING IN SCHOOL IT IS MANDATORY.
MEMBERS SUBMIT REPORT CARDS TO NANCY CHERNOFF FOR REVIEW.
AWARDS AND INCENTIVES ARE GIVEN EVERY MONTH AT THE END OF THE MONTH FOR THE MEMBERS PARTICIPATING IN THE AFTER SCHOOL. THEY RECEIVE THING SUCH AS GIFT CARDS ECT.
THE MEMBERS ARE EVALUATED ON THEIR ATTENDANCE IN THE AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM, BEHAVIOR IN AND OUT OF THE GYM, AND REPORT CARDS.
MONTHLY SPEAKERS COME IN AND ADDRESS THE GROUP USUALLY LAW ENFORCEMENT RELATED.

This is how you the get the kids started in the right direction in life, Fernando and Hal are setting such a good example for the youngsters. It really make much differance how much success Fernando has in the ring, hes already more successful outside the ring than most people could obtain in a lifetime. He gives these kids a positive role model to look up to in a world where most of the famous adults dont. Well done guys, well done.
Looking at these pictures ,it made me smile. I love the expression on the one kids face in the red t. He's got his arm around Fernando like "hey man, it's just me and my bud hanging out." I like it when one of our own makes it and doesn't forget what it means when an adult has the ability to make a difference by planting seeds of greatness in our young people. So many times our young kids look to the wrong type of "heros". Thanks for stepping up to the plate Fernando.
Great People !! Good things come to those that do good things. Simple leason in life. Chernoff's and Fernando keep up the great work. Nancy maybe it is time for you to think about Politics. I know one office that needs cleaning out. Have a great day.
I think this is great. My only problem is these children get rewards for coming to school and getting passing grades. Both of my children got straight A's. One got a certificate and the other nothing. I took it upon myself to reward them for a job well done. These programs are good however, the children that excell get nothing but the children that barly get but get everything.
