Are you F-ing kidding me? This guy had FOUR DUI's in 2008, a hit and run, and basically resisting arrest and this cop gets off scott free? I don't even know where to even begin. This guy is suppose to be protecting US, the public, and he screws up like this. Look I can understand 1 DUI or DWI. I don't condone it, but I can understand. If this was Joe the average tax payer he never even would have had a chance to get the third DUI let alone the 4th. Completely outrageous. He should lose his badge, his pension, and his job.
