The house in Fruitland is a great little house that needs a hard core handyman (or woman) owner. They didn't talk about the big yard...I think that it's 2 or 3 lots...the house is in the center, so plenty of room (maybe a garage or a nice fence for the kids and pets) and some really nice mature plantings. They've done a great job with an all tile bathroom and the master bedroom is ready to move in to. The kitchen is huge and could be a really fabulous space. If you're a visionary and want a good value on a starter home this could be the one!
