How are these two criminals -- which is what they are -- going to restore the sense of safety and security they've robbed from their victims?

I just love it when rich or gifted little punks like this take the world given them and shove it in the hopper, taking the well-being of others with them.

Give 'em the max!

I'll bet they should absolutely have new a holes ripped and then some. Their parents should let them stand on their own two feet. They've paid good money for their education and I'm sure their housing and other expenses while in college, their job is done. Their sons made the conscious decision to go out and terrorize a normally very quiet neighborhood, now let them suffer the consequences. Keep the influence of that Lacrosse coach out of it. Keep the influence of MONEY out of it. Send their sorry asses to jail for a year or so, lets see how many properties they destroy after that. Thugs, that is all these spoiled brats are THUGS.

216, if they get any time in jail, which they should, hopefully it will be long enough to send them back across the bridge. Their parents won't have so far to travel if they're in Jessup.

This little terrorist has 5 counts of MDOP on the stet docket from 2003. Question. Can he be held accountable for these charges that were stetted 5 years ago? Anyone know?

Please do not send them to the local jail. Its a joke now.Send them to Hagerstown to the {OLD FARM SYSTEM}where they respect young college kids, especially if they are white.

I think we should ease up (not) on these young lads. They may be suffering from post dramatic drunk syndrome.

Well the one thug is already free on bail. That didn't take long.

they won't get any time...that's only if they make NOISE.

(and we didn't hear anything out of the ordinary.)

352, they won't get time or fine for making noise. One of these prima donnas was in court this past Christmas Eve for violation of noise ordinance...NOLLE PROSQUI.

The key to getting away with everything and anything in Salisbury is be a SU student and rent from a SAPOA member.

Stet docket can be opened up within one year by either party for any cause. Stet docket can be opened up by the State's attorney's office within three year for good cause. After that, no dice. In fact, he could have had it expunged, were it not for the new charges
