The Shorebirds are in action again tonight against the Hagerstown Suns. The Shorebirds dropped their first two game and look to come back and split the series. Last night their bats warmed up a bit more, but Hagerstown came back a little hotter.
If you did not come last night you missed a great game and a amazing fireworks display courtesy of Froggy 99.9. The great crowd gave a thunderous applause at the end and let me say the fireworks were worth comming out there alone. Great job guys! I think Joe got some pics from the display and I hope he puts them up if they came out.
So if you missed fireworks last night there will be another display tonight. Tonight is Sylvan Hit The Books Night. This is one of 4 Sylvan Learning "Hit the Books" Night and it honors all participating students from Sussex County. There will be a pre-game parade.
The game starts at 7:05.
