The WalMart in Fruitland has just been shut down AGAIN for yet another Bomb Threat. This is extremely costly for WalMart as they not only demand every customer leave the store, many times people just walk out with items. Another Salisbury News Exclusive. If it was in todays paper we would know who called the threat in.
Well we were there...there were enought police to contain the entire town. It was a bit upsetting, since it was announced that we were to evaculte the premises and we did so, and left our carts and walked out the door.
Strange that someone is obvioulsy pulling dirty tricks on the Wal Mart, and it is too bad that our society is at that level. Makes me sad.
Sounds like to me someone wanting to get out of work just like the last time!
I feel so bad for Walmart . I was there also . Just think they make everyone get out and leave your stuff in the cart . Now after its all over the poor workers have to put everything back where it goes . My heart goes out to them . And to think this is the 2nd time this happen . I sure hope they get the person that cry wolf and lock them up for a very long time . Just thank god it didn't happen could had hurt alot of people . This has to stop . It sure scare me to think the next time it could be real . Stop this before it really happens .
too bad the fpd is too inexperienced to solve this complex of a crime. lol. maybe they'll just let it happen a third time. or maybe, just maybe, someone will get the phone records and do some "INVESTIGATING." hey, there's an interesting word.
OR JUST MAYBE.... JUST MAYBE ITS A PREPAID CELL PHONE OR PHONE BOOTH AND THERE ARE NO RECORDS FOR IT. EVERYBODY THINKS THAT CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION WORKS LIKE IN CSI POLICE ONLY HAVE 1 OR 2 CASES AND THEY ARE SOLVED IN HOURS OR DAYS. GET A CLUE!
or maybe, just maybe, if YOU KNEW ANYTHING about investigating, you would know that even pre-paid cell phones can still be traced back via cell towers to a general location, after finding out from the walmart records what number they called from. closed minded people, must be an investigator from fruitland. wow, my point exactly, lets not make any effort, lets just makes excuses not to do anything.
Ok investigator, how easy and cheap is it to do a tower trace? You must know it and apparently thinks its cheap. Secondly it only works when the person is actually on the phone. Thirdly, how do you know nothing is being done? Just another typical police wannabe that knows everything. Go watch CSI and Law and Order. Maybe you can sove the case by tonight.
