I do think it is HAWK.
Yes, it's a hawk and that is a great shot. The hawk got a double header in one pace.

It's a beautiful osprey! (sometimes called a fish hawk or fish eagle) look at those skills man! if someone calls you a 'bird-brain' take it as a compliment! :)
