Looks like a nice facility to me that will make broadway shows available locally among other types of entertainment. Where will this be located, Joe?

It would be located on Rt. 13 in Delmar.
Looks Nice, But I thought it was on 54 near 13 Aroud Delmar. Also it has been in the works for many years (more then 5) that i know about. Did Carlos Get the money he needs to build this? I have not heard.
