While some people may have a little nip and tuck as they age, there is such a thing as too much. Meet Angela Bismarchi. She's 36, 6 feet tall and has long, blonde hair. And she is about to undergo her 42nd plastic surgery operation. Why? She is a Brazilian model who will dance nearly nude ahead of a 300-person drum corps in Rio de Janeiro's Carnival parade in February. She wants to be a sculpted beauty as a "percussion queen."

Plastic surgery in Brazil is an entitlement. I swear!
Everyday hundreds of people line up in front of the hospitals that do plastic surgeries and the hospital takes in the order of importance. Like a Triage from the Twighlight Zone.
First ones served are of course children (clef palettes etc.), then accident and burn victims of any age, then...boob jobs, nose jobs, sex changes, tummy tuck you name it.
I have often wondered if its kinda like Disneyland in that a Tuesday in October you will find the shortest lines?
75% if not more of their country lives in abject poverty...but they look fabulous!
