Lisa Tate Turns Down Zoo Director Position For Medical Reasons!

"With deepest regrets and disappointment, I must rescind my offer to accept the position as zoo director for the Salisbury Zoo for medical reasons. Due to a serious medical condition, I do not feel I will be able to adequately fulfill the requirements of the position at this time. I wish the Salisbury Zoo the best and brightest possible future."

Could it be she never told the City of her Lawsuit????????? SBYNEWS.COM brings it to the people again!

Damage control.... Mayor Barrie, got to Mayberry....

Before Salisbury becomes what the old mayor Donald Schafer called it, get rid of Tilghman and put someone in with out special interest in real estate and banks.

I vote for Bill Twilley....

Hey, Joe, maybe Ms. Tate found out how women with medical lawsuits with their cities get treated here in SalisBarrie, a la Jennifer!

What happened I would bet, is she was told to read some of Joe's blogs and did, which changed her mind about working for this bunch down here. Or she decided she couldn't work with the people she had met when interviewed here. Either way, it all seems strange, giving up an easy position for $66,000 a year. Very Strange??!!

Good decision, Ms. Tate. Take it from one who knows: You just saved yourself a lot of grief by not taking the position!

What lawsuit?I didn't read about THAT!It looks like they would have waited to splash her name and face all over the news until she actually took the job officially! She probably took a stroll thru the zoo and figured not even her expertise could help it.Or maybe she saw all the crap floating around in the water around there..,either way its Salisburys loss.

Could this be the Rapster?

I got a feeling Ms. Tate did some research on her own before officially accepting the job. Its a long way from Idaho to hell and that is where she would have felt like she was had she accepted the job.

From the sounds of the lawsuit, we are better of without her. Sounds like trouble to me.

It's doubtful anyone from this city admn. urged her to read this blog.

Now, perhaps she read some blogs o0n her own & decided she just doesn't want to "play ball".

Her lawsuit was posted here, last week.
