Doesn't It Tick You Off When Realatards Refuse To Say How Much?

All too often, (especially now) Realatards refuse to put in their ads just how much a home is for sale. Out of principal alone, I refuse to call or look at such properties because it's VERY obvious they want too much for it.

Since I started exposing this local Industry, you might expect to see this more often than not because they know I might just look at it and say, are you nuts? Anyhow, the owner of this property should insist they put the price up and save the company a ton of phone calls simply to ask what the price is. If they were so good at what they do and they know how to price homes for sale, what are they so afraid of? My guess would be that these are always the homes that they have listed for far more than they are worth.

All you have to do is go to dpol.com and look up the mls number to find the price.

You're kidding me, right? I paid good money for that paper and one would expect the price to be in it. I should not have to go here and there to SEE if I might be interested, beyond the photo and ad. It's an inconvenience and wrong. Put the price up and show everyone you're worthy of being in the business, especially Bill Martin who owns the company and has this listing.

In addition wouldn't ir be nice if the address was printed so you don't need to call for it.
