Unfortunately, a year ago was not a very pleasant time in Downtown Salisbury. Graffiti Artists were attacking building after building and tearing the City apart.

Yeah and one year ago you, Joe Albero offered to pay for the removal and negotiated a decent price for the removal of all the graffiti downtown. What was that answer again from the GOB? Oh yeah, they didn't answer. Someone needs to tell Barrie that no answer, is an answer, that is heard loud and clear by the taxpaying voters in this city.
