Barrie has decided annual audits and quarterly financial statements are not what's needed here. And of course the lovely Louise and her cohorts are doing the bobble-head for her.
Is a city allowed to be late for so many consecutive years without any repercussions at the state or federal level? It seems like local governments can pretty much defy any rules or regulations without penalty. Now you know why the blogs are so despised by the criminals in office, before there was no way to let the citizens know what is really going on since they own the newspaper here. Keep at them Joe!!!
