O'Malley Comes To Salisbury Selling Snake Oil

We had huge losses last year. BS! We PROJECTED numbers that weren't realistic and now since we never came close to those numbers we're in hawk up to out ears and an instant tax increase and Slot Machines will relieve the problem.

Look, I've known the President of the Maryland Senate, (Mike Miller) for more years than I'd like to admit and one thing I can tell you is, THIS MAN HAS WANTED SLOTS IN MARYLAND FOR MANY YEARS! They tried the regular way to get them passed for years and it didn't work, so now they created another way to get them passed.

O'Malley wanted to stress that the ONLY place we can pull the $1.6 Billion from is a small 16% of the entire Budget for the State. Bull Sh*t! For those of you sitting there listening/believing that line of crap, you're IDIOTS! You pull from each and every percent and when they start complaining, REPLACE THEM!

He's pulling another Barrie Tilghman BS 10% Water & Sewer Increase! It didn't work for her and soon enough Marylanders will realize these are false numbers being thrown down their throats. When is the last time you heard someone over spend by $1.6 Billion in one year, (or so) PLEASE!

Then what happens when they raise taxes, they gain back their losses and Slot Machines are in place whereas it could bring in enough income to see taxes go back down to 5%? NOPE, not gonna happen! You're NOT going to hear these words from any politicians either.

O'Malley is a nice guy but if he thinks everyone in the State of Maryland is that stupid and they're going to fall easily for this Tax Increase, he's nuts, just like Barrie Tilghman was on her BS Water & Sewer Increase.

If slots ever do get passed put them in the racetrack in Ocean Pines. (ok really Berlin)
Also I would put a slots place somewhere in Salisbury. Giving Wicomico County some added revenue.

Slot money is slated to beef up the horse racing industry, not much horse racing in Wicomico County.
