sparkly1 said...: This is not the only place people are dumping trash.Take a ride down Stage Road in Delmar,MD maybe it's because of the appliance junk yard. Then turn onto Williams Mill Pond. Trash is everywhere. Even a dresser has been thrown into the stream with the old tires and bags hung on the trees.
