Were We Sold A Bill Of Goods?


While the first photo clearly shows a more natural "log" type of setting along the river, (an example photo also shown on the Zoo's Website) the later photo is what we got.

No blame here, just curious as to what's going on?

It's also non tidal! What erosion? I lived on the thoroughfare on the Assawoman Bay in West Ocean City. That's erosion. This is a joke!

I beg to differ. First of all, you don't need to stabilize the banks in NON TIDAL water!

The rip rap is a flat out joke and a huge waste of taxpayer money.

Now if you were on the Bay I could see it. However, I personally think Jacobs is an Idiot who knows nothing about shorelines, especially non tidal waterways!

The log thingamabopper sounded pretty cool and that's what everyone expected. What you're seeing now is a complete joke and a huge waste of money. Take it from someone who lived on the waterfront.
