This artticle is a perfect example as to why you shouldn't allow the City of Salisbury to offer any TIF's to Developers.

Has anyone ever seen the Cabela's NE of Harrisburg on Interstate 80?

The place is bigger than the ENTIRE Salisbury Mall including the service road. I am talking "Building" here...

And on any given weekend that place has a football stadium's worth of people moving through the place.
