Although Mike Dunn was in fact AWOL, Mike Lewis lead the parade with high spirits and the Jaycees outdid themselves once again! Debbie Campbell received the greatest reception of anyone or any thing in the Parade! The Mayor would drive by and there would be silence. Honest to God, she'd wave at people and no one would wave back. IMO, it's pretty sad when you're the Mayor of a City and you have to sport a name tag on the side of your car so people will know who you are. I was thinking of selling eggs at this event.

If you think for any given moment that I'm going to look at the Mayor, you're nuts! I will say however, the Parade was held during the day time, therefore no high beams and or low beams were necessary.
