I'm sorry, all he's doing is adding shit to the pile! Where exactly does the run off from these piles of "Sludge" go when it rains?

The piles of feces are no longer there. The MDE came in there hard and heavy when they raided the WWTP and the piles were evidently illegal and the MDE made damn sure they were removed right away. John Jacobs and Dave Winslow knew damn well they were illegally storing these piles with no liners under them and or on top of them. A little slap on the hand from the MDE and the whole thing was over with.
