How nice for all the slumlords of Salisbury to have Henry Hanna and Brock Parker (has he sobered up and stopped smoking weed?) on this illustrious commitee--this is one sick town and I hope it does go under.
Not a single name of anyone there to represent the residents, other than the members of the public works department. Not that it would make a difference... anything that comes out of this gathering of the well-qualified will be divulged to the public in the most self-congratulatory of terms and with the least amount of specific information possible, leaving the public to once again feeling all warm and fuzzy at the breast of Mama Tilghman, even if the milk later turns out to be sour.

Joe, it does not enlarge enough for my poor old eyes to be able to read it. Could you send me a larger email of it?
The letters best use would be to fold it up, carry it with you when out walking around some woods, in the case of a sudden urge.

I do believe that milk done turned to cottage cheese.
