"Salisbury," Coming To A Neighborhood Near You!
Better read the fine print here Folks because they're adding in everything in-between too and it looks like some extra outside the original plan as well?
This confuses me a lot. I thought this was only connected by a piece o' road. If that's true, how can they call it "continuous" to the city limits?
Item D says something about the future phase of Sassafras is reserved for "affordable senior housing." I thought they were gonna build build other stuff besides that? Does this ad mean they're only gonna build the senior stuff? 'Cause they didn't say phases plural, they just said future phase.
NoSweat, I don't think a TIF's involved with Sassyfras. But I do think they got another kind o' developer kick-back, or were 'bout to if'n they were in that package that Debbie Campbell got pulled off the table 'cause it's questionable.
Bad enough we got people breakin' into homes takin' stuff, but we got developers pickin' our pockets, too.
