I fail to understand what difference that makes???? The City Police chief doesn't live in the city either.
The is true SRR. However, if I were Mayor I'd fire the Chief and that's one of the reasons.

Just rent the apartment in your new building to yourself. park your car in front of it 50% of the time and you've got it covered. But you'll lose the rental income and you'll have to start paying city taxes.

With 14 cars I don't think I'll have any problem parking on at the building regularly.
As for the income from one of the apartments, so what. The building is paid for anyway. ;-)
