OK, what's wrong with this tow truck? Was he avoiding the scales?
This photo is perfectly clear. If you'll look at the speedometer it clearly shows the Tow Truck and vehicle in tow doing almost 70 mph. It's not a joke towing a vehicle at this speed, number one. Number two, the guy is breaking the law like there's no tomorrow and this could be YOUR vehicle in tow! If I focussed in on the vehicle ahead, how would you be able to tell how fast he was going?
