Real Estate Ethics Violation!

David Moore did NOT flip this property. The Rinnier Group have "illegally" placed this sign on the building as well as others to advertise they are the agents who sold the building.

However, there are VERY strict rules referencing signs and the reality of it is, they did NOT list the property, therefore they cannot post such said signs.

They are trying to claim sine they represented their client in the purchase of the building, they are the selling agents. Nice try fellas but you're breaking the law, you have no permits for these signs and they must come down immediately. If not, I'll contact the Real Estate Ethics Committee and have them handle it.

Mr. Outraged, since homeownership is down to just 30% in Salisbury, thanks t'the powers that be, there ain't much "vested interest" left in this here ole town. I'm thinkin' a lot of the folks registered t'vote in the Big Berry (maybe that oughta be Big Bury now) got on the rolls fer the big elections, like president.

After watchin' the fireworks at the last council meetin' Monday, I think a lotta folks are probably hopeless about havin' an effect.

Ever the optimistic pup, I'm hopin' we'll see somethin' better in turnout in 2007. Already some of the commenters here are talkin' 'bout voter turnout efforts.
