If the city of Salisbury can keep an improper ly built and maintained open sewer pit for YEARS over at the tilghman estates then what make you think they give a rats rearend about proper reporting of this eagles whereabouts.
I thought they were only allowed to be kept for X number of years and then they had to be returned to the wild???
I guess you are right. Didn't think of that. Now you've done! I've got to go to my therapist and get treated for my inferiority complex.
