Loretta Sanchez implies racial bias after being snubbed by Obama in California Senate race

President Obama’s decision to snub Democratic Rep. Loretta Sanchez in the one-party California Senate race has triggered a testy intraparty feud that threatens to split the Democratic coalition along racial lines.

Ms. Sanchez unloaded on the president last week after he endorsed her opponent, Attorney General Kamala Harris, then followed up by suggesting in a Spanish-language interview that race may have been a factor.

“I think they have, what he said they have, is a friendship of many years. She is African-American, as is he. They know each other through meetings,” Ms. Sanchez said in the Friday interview on Univision 19, as translated by the Los Angeles Times.

The comment came after she issued a scathing statement Tuesday accusing Mr. Obama of supporting the “entrenched political establishment,” adding that he should have stayed out of the state’s first-ever Democrat-on-Democrat Senate race.

“I am disappointed that President Obama chose to endorse in a historic Senate race between two Democrats. I would think the leader of the Democratic Party would be focused on defeating Donald Trump and supporting Democratic Senate candidates against Republicans,” Ms. Sanchez said.

Americans think more than half of vets have mental problems, survey says

The general public vastly overestimates the number of post-9/11 veterans with mental health conditions, a misconception veterans advocates say threatens the overall well-being and employment prospects of former troops.

A survey of more than 1,000 adults in the U.S., Canada and the United Kingdom found that roughly 40 percent believed more than half the 2.8 million veterans who have served since 2001 have a mental health condition.

The actual figure lies somewhere between 10 percent and 20 percent, or 280,000 to just more than a half million, according to a Rand Corp. estimate.

The recent survey, conducted by the George W. Bush Institute’s Military Service Initiative, also found that while a majority of veterans say traumatic brain injury and combat-related mental health conditions are legitimate war wounds, 80 percent say embarrassment or shame is a barrier to seeking treatment.

A similar percentage say concerns for future employment also kept them from getting medical treatment and therapy for these conditions.

The Irony: The DNC Builds 4mile, 8foot High Wall Around Around Philly Convention Site

To the Democratic National Committee elites, keeping average Americans away from their convention is a good idea, while protecting the southern border from intruding terrorists, rapists and murderers is a bad one.

The DNC has erected a four-mile fence around its convention site at Philadelphia’s Wells Fargo Center. (Isn’t it ironic they’re doing so much to protect a site named after a bank?)

I thought the Democrats were about building bridges, not building walls. Seems like that is a lie. The Democrat National Convention is being protected by several miles of fencing. This is to prevent the party elites from having to mingle with their political base. All the people who supported Bernie Sanders out of their contempt for the vile bitch Hillary Clinton will not be allowed to have their voices heard. I’m also certain that the former Bernie supporters who infiltrate the convention and protest this will be promptly removed. There is simply nothing democratic about the Democrat party.

Lottery Winner Invested Part Of $3M Prize in Meth Ring

BRUNSWICK, Ga. — A Georgia man could face life in prison after he invested part of his $3 million lottery winnings in a crystal meth ring, reports CBS affiliate WJAX.

Ronnie Music Jr., 45, purchased large quantities of the drug meth with lottery winnings he won from a scratch-off ticket.

Investigators determined Music was supplying meth to a group of co-conspirators who were caught trying to sell approximately 11 pounds, worth more than $500,000 on the streets.

Agents seized more than $1 million of meth, firearms, thousands of rounds of ammunition, multiple cars and $600,000 in cash as part of the case.

The Architect of Destruction By Maureen Scott

Barack Obama appears to be a tormented man filled with resentment, anger, & disdain for anyone of an opinion or view other than his. He acts in the most hateful, spiteful, malevolent, vindictive ways in order to manipulate & maintain power and control over others.

Perhaps, because, as a child, he grew up harboring an abiding bitterness toward the U.S. instilled in him by his family & mentors.

It is not the color of his skin that is a problem in America .
Rather it is the blackness that fills his soul & the hollowness in his heart where there should be abiding pride & love for this country.

Think: Have we ever heard Obama speak lovingly of the U.S. Or its people, with deep appreciation & genuine respect for our history, our customs, our sufferings & our blessings? Has he ever revealed that, like most patriotic Americans, he gets "goose bumps" when a band plays "The Star Spangled Banner," (no he gets goose bumps when he hears the ''Muslim call to prayer" (his words) or sheds a tear when he hears a beautiful rendition of " America the Beautiful?" Does his heart burst with pride when millions of American flags wave on a National holiday - or someone plays "taps" on a trumpet? Has he ever shared the admiration of the military, as we as lovers of those who keep us free, feel when soldiers march by? It is doubtful because Obama did not grow up sharing our experiences or our values. He did not sit at the knee of a Grandfather or Uncle who showed us his medals & told us about the bravery of his fellow troops as they tramped through foreign lands to keep us free. He didn't have grandparents who told stories of suffering & then coming to America , penniless, & the oppor
tunities they had for building a business & life for their children.

Away from this country as a young child, Obama didn't delight in being part of America and its greatness. He wasn't singing our patriotic songs in kindergarten, or standing on the roadside for a holiday parade & eating a hot dog, or lighting sparklers around a campfire on July 4th as fireworks exploded over head, or placing flags on the grave sites of fallen and beloved American heroes.
Rather he was separated from all of these experiences & doesn't really understand us & what it means to be an American. He is void of the basic emotions that most feel regarding this country & insensitive to the instinctive pride we have in our national heritage. His opinions were formed by those who either envied us or wanted him to devalue the United States & the traditions & patriotism that unites us.

He has never given a speech that is filled with calm, reassuring, complimentary, heartfelt statements about all the people in the U.S. Or one that inspires us to be better & grateful & proud that in a short time our country became a leader, & a protector of many. Quite the contrary, his speeches always degenerate into mocking, ridiculing tirades as he faults our achievements as well as any critics or opposition for the sake of a laugh, or to bolster his ego. He uses his Office to threaten & create fear while demeaning & degrading any American who opposes his policies & actions. A secure leader, who has noble self-esteem & not false confidence, refrains from showing such dread of critics & displaying a cocky, haughty attitude.

Mostly, his time seems to be spent causing dissension, unrest, & anxiety among the people of America , rather than uniting us (even though he was presented to us as the "Great Uniter"). He creates chaos for the sake of keeping people separated, envious, aggrieved & ready to argue. Under his leadership Americans have been kept on edge, rather than in a state of comfort & security. He incites people to be aggressive toward, & disrespectful of, those of differing opinions. And through such behavior, Obama has lowered the standards for self-control & mature restraint to the level of street-fighting gangs, when he should be raising the bar for people to strive toward becoming more considerate, tolerant, self-disciplined, self-sustaining, & self-assured.

Not a day goes by that he is not attempting to defy our laws, remove our rights, over-ride established procedures, install controversial appointees, enact divisive mandates, & assert a dictatorial form of government.

Never has there been a leader of this great land who used such tactics to harm & hurt the people & this country.

Never have we had a President who spoke with a caustic, evil tongue against the citizenry rather than present himself as a soothing, calming & trustworthy force.

Never, in this country, have we experienced how much stress one man can cause a nation of people - on a daily basis!

Obama has promoted the degeneration of peace, civility, & quality of cooperation between us. He thrives on tearing us down, rather than building us up. He is the Architect of the decline of America, & the epitome of a Demagogue.

Little-Known Tax Credit Helping Homeowners

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Achieving the American Dream of home ownership comes at a price. For some, that price is too high. Now a local consumer group is spreading the word about a little-known tax credit that can mean the difference between keeping or losing your home, WJZ’s Amy Yensi reports.

Loretta Jefferson packed the last 20 years of her life into boxes, fearing she would lose her home.

“I was anxious. I was thinking, ‘Well, where am I going to live now?'” said Jefferson.

The 69-year-old retired secretary paid off her Brooklyn row home, but couldn’t make ends meet to pay the taxes. That put her at risk of a tax lien foreclosure.

“Oh my gosh. I’ve been in this house all these many years. And now for about $1,000 or so dollars, I’m going to lose my house,” said Jefferson.

In a last-ditch effort, she applied for the Homeowner’s Property Tax Credit. A few weeks later, she got the news she had been hoping for.

A Viewer Writes: Obama Announcement

Joe,

I never spend the day watching TV, but today, mine was on for a while watching CNN and FOXNEWS.

I am shocked at CNN’s spin on Donald Trump’s sarcastic remark about, Hey, Russia! Maybe you can find the 30,000 emails we’re looking for! The Cnn folks spun it as Trump somehow trying to make a “pact” with Putin asking him to actually break in to Hillary’s email system and give us the meat!

This is the furthest from the truth, as I turned to the FOXNEWS network and saw a video of Barack Hussein Obama making an announcement to the American People that it was IN FACT the Russians that supplied these DNC emails exposing hate and disgust with Sanders, Hispanics, LGBTQ’s, and others.

The Dems only want to wave off these facts and the content of the emails by claiming Trump or the Russians must be the “bad guys” here, when the “Bad Guys” are just plain the DNC, Hillary, and all the members thereof.

Piteous, at best.

Subject: Ron Paul: The Path to Fed-Exit

The best way to rein in the Fed is to restore the gold standard

I recently proposed that the liberty movement capitalize on Brexit with “Fed-exit”: a campaign to “secede” from the Federal Reserve. Fed-exit could be accomplished with a few simple policy changes.

Passing Audit the Fed is a good first step toward Fed-exit. Contrary to the Federal Reserve’s propaganda, auditing the Fed will not reduce the Federal Reserve’s mythical “independence.” It will simply allow Congress and the people to learn the full truth about the Fed’s conduct of monetary policy.

However, the desperation with which the Fed fights the audit bill suggests it believes increased transparency will boost support for Fed-exit. Considering what we discovered from the limited audit of the Fed’s activities during the 2008 financial crisis, the Fed’s fears may be justified. That audit revealed that between 2007 and 2008 the Federal Reserve loaned over $16 trillion — more than four times the annual budget of the United States — to foreign central banks and politically-influential private companies! Imagine what would be revealed by a full audit that includes looking at the Fed’s recent explosion of money creation via “quantitative easing.”

No charges in boat fight caught on camera in the Choptank River

CHOPTANK RIVER - The fight happened Saturday afternoon on a rental boat cruising the Choptank River near Cambridge. Volunteers working the Cambridge Yacht Club Fun Regatta started recording with their cellphones after the power boat drove into the course, veering alarmingly close to sailboats in the race.

Then they noticed two people onboard were having a nasty fist fight . The video shows punch after punch to the face. You can hear passengers screaming, some of them trying to break up the brawl between two men.

"We now have a fight on board the vessel, and we're gonna have two drunk people in the water pretty soon,” one witness says on the video.

Baltimore City's homicide rate climbing

BALTIMORE —There have been 31 homicides in Baltimore in July, with the most recent one happening Tuesday morning.

Just across from the neighborhood sign welcoming people Walbrook Junction, there was a disturbing scene: another homicide investigation.

"It's sad that our youth going to be dying like this," one resident said.

Another one woman describes how seeing the yellow tape with black letters used to mark off the area where police are conducting investigations has become much too common.

With only four more days left in July, police are investigating the city's 31st homicide so far this month.

"It's too much now. It's too much," the resident said.

Former Golf Land Granted Rezoning For Home Project

SNOW HILL – The Worcester County Commissioners last week approved the rezoning of the former Pine Shore Golf facility.

The Beauchamp Road property, which had carried E-1 estate zoning, will be reclassified as R-1 residential. Charles Nichols, whose family purchased the property in 2014, said the rezoning would allow the 950-acre property to be developed in a reasonable manner.

“We’re deeply involved in sustainable development,” Nichols said. “We think we have an opportunity here not only to make a change but make something that’s positive.”

Nichols said his family has owned the land adjacent to the defunct golf course since 1881. The family purchased the golf course property in 2014 when it was in foreclosure. Though the property needs some work, Nichols said the family was eager to improve it.

“This would give us an opportunity to maximize the development potential in a good way,” Nichols said.

Democrats Agree to Build a Wall

The Democrats have finally come around to the notion that secure borders keep us safe. Sort of...

The fence, which appears to be about 8 feet tall, is intended to keep out any individuals with whom Democratic Party leaders, delegates and other liberal elites would rather not mingle.

Fox 29’s Steve Keeley shared a picture of a portion of the fence he said was erected near the intersection of Pattison and Broad.

Donald Trump blasts Freddie Gray prosecutor after all charges are dropped

Donald Trump lashed out Wednesday at the Baltimore prosecutor who brought charges against police officers in the high-profile death of Freddie Gray, saying that 'she ought to prosecute herself' instead.

Baltimore State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby's office said an hour before Trump's press conference in Miami that all remaining charges against officers in the case were being dropped.

The move means no one will be help responsible for Gray's April 2015 death in the back of a police transport van.

'I do have a reaction to the prosecutor in Baltimore who indicted those police officers. I do,' Trump said at his Trump National Doral Miami country club, in a reaction a question from Daily Mail Online.

'I think she ought to prosecute herself. Okay? That's my reaction.'

Florida Man Pleads Guilty to Helping Disguise Foreign Contribution during 2012 Presidential Election and Making False Declaration before Grand Jury

A Tampa, Florida, man pleaded guilty today to helping funnel $80,000 in campaign contributions from a foreign source to the joint fundraising committee of the President of the United States during the 2012 presidential election and to making a false declaration before the grand jury, announced Assistant Attorney General Leslie R. Caldwell of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division and U.S. Attorney Paul J. Fishman of the District of New Jersey.

William Argeros, 57, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Madeline Cox Arleo of the District of New Jersey to an information charging him with knowingly and willfully making foreign contributions and donations in connection with the 2012 presidential election and to a fundraising and political campaign committee of the president, aggregating $25,000 or more during a calendar year, and to knowingly making a false declaration before the grand jury concerning his role in facilitating and concealing the foreign contribution. Sentencing has been scheduled for Nov. 9, 2016, before Judge Arleo.

According to his plea agreement, Argeros admitted that in September 2012, he facilitated the transfer of $80,000 from a foreign source to Bilal Shehu, a U.S. citizen residing in New Jersey. Shehu, in turn, provided it to a joint fundraising committee – including the authorized campaign committee of the president – in an effort to disguise the true origin of the money and so that a foreign national could attend a campaign event on Oct. 8, 2012, in San Francisco, according to Argeros’s plea. Argeros also admitted to providing instructions to foreign individuals on how to transfer the money and provide payment to the joint fundraising committee. Federal law prohibits foreign nationals from making contributions to federal candidates or fundraising committees.

Massive Collusion?

By Thornton Crowe

If you don't believe it, the proof is in the email. Found in the many emails on WikiLeaks, below shows the collusion between Clinton/DNC/Media that was so prevalent during primaries and now in the general election.

Surprised?

Looks like the DNC doesn't think Democrat voters really have anything to do with candidate selection! Nice huh?
