Chicago reported thousands more votes than voters in 2016
The head of the Chicago Republican Party is claiming the city reported thousands more votes cast than voters in the 2016 election -- sparking a battle with Chicago officials who call the allegations overblown.
First reported by the Chicago City Wire, the Chicago GOP filed a Freedom of Information Act request with the Chicago Board of Elections in January for a list of voters who had cast ballots in November. According to the party, the board responded with a list of 1,101,178 individuals, though its website reflects 1,115,664 votes cast.
“There should be never be more votes than voters—every ballot cast should be recorded against a registered voter,” Chairman of the Chicago GOP Chris Cleveland told Fox News, explaining that after receiving the data, the party “immediately” contacted the board for “clarification.” “This is either massive fraud or massive incompetence, but we have no way of telling the difference because they won’t give us the data.”
The discrepancy totals more than 14,000, though Cleveland claims it could be as high as 16,000.
Cleveland told Fox News he filed a number of FOIA requests—the original in January, and “several follow ups” for updated numbers.
“They ignored them,” Cleveland said. “They have been stonewalling us for six months.”

Though Hillary's book of excuses, entitled "What Happened," won't be released until September 12th, a newly revealed excerpt shows that, after 229 pages dedicated to blaming everything from Trump to Russian hackers, racism, misogyny, etc, by page 230 she finally gets around to blaming Bernie Sanders. Actually, if you review the following very powerful paragraph closely enough you'll notice thatHillary is able to succinctly blame Bernie, Obama and her entire 2016 campaign staff in just a couple of sentences.
"Throughout the primaries, every time I wanted to hit back against Bernie's attacks, I was told to restrain myself. Noting that his plans didn't add up, that they would inevitably mean raising taxes on middle-class families, or that they were little more than a pipe dream - all of this could be used to reinforce his argument that I wasn't a true progressive. My team kept reminding me that we didn't want to alienate Bernie's supporters. President Obama urged me to grit my teeth and lay off Bernie as much as I could. I felt like I was in a straightjacket."
Not surprisingly, according to further insights from CNN, Hillary goes on to point out that Bernie's supporters, much like Trump's, were only motivated by sexism...it's just obvious really.

Hillary Clinton said that the email her spiritual adviser, the Rev. Bill Shillady, sent her on the morning after she lost the 2016 presidential election helped her heal from her devastating defeat.
It wasn’t until months later, when Shillady published that email in a book, thatit came to light that he had plagiarized the words that so moved the candidate.
Now, less than a month after the book’s publication, the publishing house that printed it says it is pulling the book off the shelves because it’s riddled with plagiarism.
“Abingdon Press initiated an extensive review of the book and was alarmed to discover other content unattributed by the author. Abingdon Press has zero tolerance for plagiarism,” the Rev. Brian K. Milford, the president of the publishing company, said in a statement. “Consequently, we have discontinued sales, will remove existing copies from all sales outlets, and will have them destroyed along with our existing inventory.”

Maryland leaders weigh in on decision to rescind DACA
BALTIMORE —Maryland's Congressional delegation weighed in on the decision to end the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, or DACA, program.
Attorney General Jeff Sessions on Tuesday morning announced that DACA "is being rescinded."
Sen. Ben Cardin, D-Md., ranking member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, said Trump's decision to end DACA inexplicably upends American values by ripping apart families of 800,000 DREAMers.

B-24 Liberator Willow Run Assembly Plant
The long hanger at Willow Run, Michigan has a 90 degree turn in it so Henry Ford would not have to pay taxes in the next county. That short end is being saved and restored today as a museum. The big hanger doors are still operational after all these years.

Cities Look to Public Restrooms to Clean up Downtowns, Attract Tourists
It’s a public bathroom, and until last spring it wasn’t easy to find one in this part of downtown Denver.
Encased in a trailer that moves around the city, the three-stall bathroom offers the amenities of any brick-and-mortar facility — lights, running water and flushing toilets. An attendant cleans up between users, does minor repairs, and polices for illicit activity.
“We’re encouraging people to walk and bike and use transit and it just makes sense then to offer a public restroom as well in these places where people are gathering,” said Angela Casias, legislative services manager for the Denver Department of Public Works. “[We’re] trying to have a positive impact on all kinds of people.”
