President Trump Announces Death of ISIS Leader in US Raid

“Last night, the United States brought the world’s Number One terrorist leader to justice,” President Donald J. Trump said yesterday from the East Room of the White House.

“Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi is dead.”

The terrorist leader’s “death represents a significant symbolic victory in the battle against the terror group and marks the end of a years-long effort to track down the elusive ISIS leader, who had been reported killed multiple times in the past,” Morgan Chalfant reports for The Hill. “Trump declared that al-Baghdadi’s death demonstrated the United States's ‘relentless pursuit of terrorist leaders and our commitment to the enduring and total defeat of ISIS and other terrorist organizations.’”

On Sunday, the parents of Kayla Mueller, who was taken hostage by al-Baghdadi in 2013 and killed 18 months later, praised President Trump and the soldiers who completed this mission, Karina Bland writes in The Arizona Republic. “I still say Kayla should be here, and if Obama had been as decisive as President Trump, maybe she would have been," Marsha Mueller said.
“On Sunday morning, The Washington Post seemingly struggled to come up with a headline for Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi’s obituary,” Ashe Schow writes in The Daily Wire.  “Just imagine the Post claiming Osama bin Laden was an ‘austere religious scholar.’ You can’t, because that’s not how the Post described him after the raid that killed him during the Obama Administration … Yet when the leader of a terrorist organization dies under President Donald Trump, the word ‘terrorist’ gets removed.”
“A week after he was inaugurated, Trump issued National Security Presidential Memorandum 3, which mandated an updated campaign plan against ISIS within 30 days,” Peter Bergen writes for CNN. The President deserves credit for giving “his military commanders the authority for taking action against ISIS so they were no longer micromanaged by the White House, as was often the case under Obama.”
“The S&P 500 hit a record high on Monday, breaking above an all-time high set over the summer as investors cheered strong earnings and progress on U.S.-China trade,” Fred Imbert reports for CNBC.

FLASHBACK: Never Forget — ISIS Terror Leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi Was Held at US Prison Camp Bucca in 2009 Until Obama White House Agreed to Let Him Go

NEVER FORGET—

President Trump and America won again!
US forces killed the barbaric leader of ISIS, Abu Al-Baghdadi, last night near the Syrian–Turkish border.

Al-Baghdadi was the leader of the ISIS Caliphate. He was held by the US in 2009 until the Iraqis and the Obama administration agreed to let him go.

Abu Bakr al Baghdadi, the leader of the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS), transformed a few terror cells on the verge of extinction into the most dangerous militant group in the world in Syria and Iraq.

Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi or Abu Dua was once held by the US in Camp Bucca Iraq.

Maryland Congressman Reacts To Death Of ISIS Leader

U.S. Rep. Dutch Ruppersburger is speaking out after President Donald Trump announced the death of ISIS founder and leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi in Syria over the weekend.

In a statement released by Ruppersberger's office, the Maryland congressman described the violent leader and the results of his actions.
"The death of ISIS founder al-Baghdadi is long-awaited and welcome news that makes us all safer. Baghdadi was a ruthless monster who was responsible for the deaths of many innocent civilians, the displacement of millions, and the formation of a barbaric, twisted ideology that threatens free societies across the globe. I commend the dedicated United States joint special operations personnel who are nothing short of awe-inspiring in their craft. Intelligence is the best defense against terrorism. Our intelligence agencies deserve credit for the critical role they played in this dangerous mission, with help from our allies in the region, including the Kurds."
Ruppersberger went on to say that protecting the homeland does not stop at the death of a violent leader, as new groups will form and recruits found.

GOP NEVER TRUMPERS CALL FOR TRUMP’S ARREST, CHAMPION GLOBALIST POLICIES

Never Trump Republicans eager to challenge Trump in 2020 joined Politicon on Saturday to rant about how President Trump is a traitor posing a danger to the nation who must be arrested.

GOP primary challengers Bill Weld, Joe Walsh, and Mark Sanford perpetuated the left’s debunked talking points about Trump’s Ukraine phone call, calling for him to be arrested and tried for treason.

“He betrayed our elections!” Walsh, a former congressman, exclaimed. “If you don’t impeach him for that, you’re telling future presidents that that’s okay, to allow foreign governments to screw around with our elections. We can’t set that precedent.”

Who Has Spent The Most Dollars Lobbying Washington In 2019?

The pharmaceutical industry is holding on to its title as the top lobbying force in Washington amid pressure from lawmakers at all ends of the ideological spectrum.Drugmakers have spent more than $129 million through September, slightly down from nearly $133 million at this time last year, but still far more than any other industry.

The larger pharmaceutical/health products industry, which includes medical devices and dietary supplement companies along with drugmakers, spent $228 million through the third quarter of 2019, a record-breaking pace that is up $10 million from this time last year.

House Democrats recently advanced legislation that allows the federal government to negotiate the price of drugs that lack generic equivalents. The bill passed the House Ways and Means Committee this week without a number of amendments proposed by progressive Democrats who argued the bill isn’t strong enough.

Senate Republicans have said the Democrats’ bill will not fly in the upper chamber. Although members of both parties in the Senate agree drug prices need to be lowered, they can’t agree on how to do it.

Lee Smith: Deep State Used ‘Criminal Conspiracy’ to Stop Flynn’s Audit of Intelligence Agencies

A multifaceted “criminal conspiracy” to destroy former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn was launched by persons across the national security state apparatus to prevent audits of intelligence agencies’ operations, said Lee Smith, author of The Plot Against the President: The True Story of How Congressman Devin Nunes Uncovered the Biggest Political Scandal in U.S. History, in a Friday interview on SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Tonight.

“General Flynn’s lawyer, Sydney Powell, has done a fantastic job of unearthing a whole bunch of new information which clarifies what we’ve known — what we’ve suspected — for quite a long time, that large parts of the intelligence community targeted General Flynn,” Smith stated.

Smith remarked, “Keep in mind, this is a very, very large operation against General Flynn that started long before Donald Trump was elected, and this was the other terrific thing that Sydney Powell has done with her work.”

Flynn sought to combat waste and fraud across intelligence agencies as President Donald Trump’s national security advisor via audits, said Smith.

“When General Flynn was coming to the White House, [he] was talking about conducting an audit across the intelligence community,” Smith explained.

Governor Hogan Orders Special Election for Maryland’s 7th Congressional District

Special Primary Election on February 4, Special General Election on April 28

ANNAPOLIS, MD—Governor Larry Hogan today issued a proclamation ordering a special election to fill the 7th Congressional District vacancy created by the passing of Congressman Elijah Cummings (D-MD).
State law requires that a primary election be held at least 65 days after the governor’s proclamation is issued, and a general election be held at least 65 days after the primary.
Governor Hogan extended the minimum duration of the election a short period to allow more time for the State Board of Elections to prepare and to ensure those serving overseas in the military can receive and return their ballots in an adequate period of time. This also provides additional time for candidates to file and campaign, and for voters to engage in the process.
  • Certificates of candidacy may be filed beginning on October 30, 2019.
  • The deadline for nomination papers to be filed is November 20, 2019, and the deadline for candidate withdrawal is November 22, 2019.
  • The special primary election will occur on February 4, 2020, 76 days from the filing deadline.
  • The special general election will occur on April 28, 2020—the same date as the state’s spring primary, thereby avoiding the cost and confusion of multiple and additional election days—84 days after the special primary election.
“It is imperative for the 7th Congressional District to have a strong voice in the House of Representatives, and today we are ensuring the process to fill this historic Maryland seat moves forward in a fair and timely manner,” said Governor Hogan. “We have chosen the dates for this important special election to allow for a robust campaign. Free and fair elections are the very foundation of American democracy, and we encourage the citizens of the 7th District to take part and let their voices be heard.”
View Governor Hogan’s proclamation here.
NOTE: All inquiries regarding the administration of the special election should be directed to the State Board of Elections.

While Speaker Pelosi wastes all her time on a criminal and corrupt impeachment of President Trump, her district in California is in shambles. Meanwhile, her Republican opponent is the one busy cleaning up the dirty streets of San Francisco.

Democrats are such failed leaders they can’t keep the poop off their streets.
Even third world sh*thole countries can do better than Democrats.

President Trump went after Do-Nothing Speaker Nancy Pelosi for failing to keep the crap off the streets while she schemes in secret basement meetings about impeachment.

From Woke to Broke

"The fact is there is no more money. Period," says Chicago mayor Lori Lightfoot.

She's talking about the teachers' strike that has paralyzed her city's public schools—enrollment 360,000—for the past week. The public employee union is demanding more: more money for salaries (only eight states pay teachers more than Illinois), more support staff (Illinois ranks first in spending on administrators), more teachers per student. Their cause has attracted national attention. Elizabeth Warren joined the picket line.

Which is ironic. Lightfoot is not some stingy Republican. Nor is she a centrist Democrat like her predecessor Rahm Emanuel. She's as progressive as you can get. But she now finds herself in the same position as many of her political brethren: facing criticism for failing to reconcile the contradictions in the left's agenda.

Lightfoot has discovered that there is no limit to the appetite of the constituencies generated by government spending. She has learned that the special interests bargaining for higher benefits also desire policies that make such benefits unattainable. I hope she's taking notes.

Chicago Public Schools has run a deficit for the past seven years. Why? Pensions granted to earlier generations of teachers are expensive. And the cost is growing. A quarter of the school budget is devoted to benefits—money that can't be spent on classrooms, facilities, and instruction. Expect that number to rise as America goes gray and the bill comes due for the promises we made to ourselves.

The federal government can put Social Security and Medicare on the credit card for as long as demand for U.S. Treasuries is high. States and municipalities don't have that luxury. There is an upper bound to what even the most progressive mayors and governors can grant the lobbies that mobilize voters for their campaigns. But it's a glass ceiling. Public sector unions are eager to break it.

You’ll Never Believe What Unsettling Secret Is Hidden All Over The Arizona Desert

Driving through the quiet desert landscape around Tuscon, Arizona, you would never know you were cruising through what was once among the most heavily guarded sites in the world.

Slumbering just beneath the earth, a silent army of nuclear warheads waited for the outbreak of armageddon during the Cold War. The missiles were stored in massive underground silos, which were constructed in the early 1960s and closed in the early 1980s. Today, the area is home to one of the most mind-blowing destinations in the state.

The Titan Missile Museum actually has a more formal name: Air Force Facility Missile Site 8. More than a collection of Cold War memorabilia, this museum is actually located inside a decommissioned missile silo. The site is no longer run by the government but managed by the nonprofit Arizona Aerospace Foundation. Read on to learn more about this incredible museum and how you can explore a real nuclear missile silo.

In the mood for more amazing shots of this nation’s hidden and abandoned missile silos? Check out these incredible, rare photos of silos across the country, and be sure to watch the video exploration of one of the coolest abandoned sites we’ve ever seen.

$85B Nuclear Missile Competition Gets Messier as Feds Investigate Northrop

The Pentagon’s effort to build a new ICBM just took another step toward a no-competition sole-source award — and the prospective lone bidder just came under federal investigation for anti-competitive behavior.

Two pieces of news broke late this week concerning the U.S. Air Force’s Ground Based Strategic Deterrent program, whose total value has been estimated at $85 billion. First, the service stopped paying Boeing for ICBM-related technology-development work that began in 2017. In response, the company has begun to break up the specialized team of engineers it brought together to create a replacement for the Cold War-era Minuteman III, according to a Boeing source close to the project.

Second, a Northrop Grumman filing revealed that the Federal Trade Commission is looking into allegations that the company is not abiding by an agreement that allowed its 2018 acquisition of Orbital ATK, one of just two U.S. makers of solid rocket motors. Those terms required the company to sell rocket motors “on a non-discriminatory basis to all competitors for missile contracts.”

Until July, Boeing and Northrop had both been planning to bid on the ICBM contract. Then Boeing announced that it would withdraw, charging that it had been unfairly handicapped in the competition because Northrop had slow-rolled an agreement that would have paved the way for Boeing to buy rocket motors from Orbital ATK.

Biden: If You Like Your Health Care Plan ‘You Can Keep It’

Former vice president Joe Biden told voters they will be able to keep their health care plans under his campaign proposal, echoing Barack Obama's infamous talking point.

Biden has seen his polling lead narrow, amid increased support for Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D., Mass.) and Sen. Bernie Sanders (I., Vt.), each of whom supports Medicare for All. The former vice president emphasized that his plan, which would maintain and build on Obamacare while implementing a broad public option, will give Americans more choice in the insurance market.

"Under my plan, if you negotiated an agreement for health care with your employer, union, or otherwise, and you like it because you’ve given up wages to get it, you can keep it," Biden said during a campaign event on Wednesday. "It should be your choice. But if you don’t like it you can leave it."

The poverty simulation will be hosted by the city and two local nonprofits, West Valley Community Services and Step Up Silicon Valley. The latter group describes itself as a "social innovation network focused on reducing poverty."

Survivors and victims on shocking state-sanctioned organ harvesting in China

It’s the stuff of nightmares. And it has been buried from public view, hard to prove, and shrouded beneath the cloak of silence for almost two decades.

But anecdotes and evidence are slowly bubbling to the surface that the organs of members of marginalized groups detained in Chinese prisons and labor camps are unwillingly harvested. Most affected is a spiritual minority, the Falun Gong, who have been persecuted for adhering to a Buddhist-centric religious philosophy grounded in meditation and compassion.

Witness testimonies provided to the tribunal, and interviewed by Fox News, paint the picture of an unfathomably callous trade often performed when the victims are still alive.

VA Left Vets Vulnerable to Identity Theft

The Department of Veterans Affairs illegally granted roughly 25,000 people access to veterans' personal information including social security numbers, addresses, and medical histories, according to a government watchdog.

The agency's inspector general found that numerous VA and agency-affiliated employees across the country had access to sensitive information stored on unprotected shared servers, even if they had no official reasons to be privy to such information. Those practices left veterans "at significant risk" of having their identities misused or stolen.

"Without better protection, veterans and VA are at risk," the inspector general report said. "Veterans are at significant risk of unauthorized disclosure and misuse of their sensitive personal information. This has the potential to expose veterans to fraud and identity theft."

The watchdog report, published last week, stemmed from a whistleblower complaint at VA offices in Milwaukee originally filed in September 2018. The investigation found that both VA employees and members of veterans service organizations had unauthorized access to private data. Veterans service organizations are authorized by the VA to help veterans acclimate to a civilian lifestyle and navigate the VA bureaucracy.

Panel clears former Va. governor of sex misconduct, but university has yet to approve ruling

L. Douglas Wilder, the former governor of Virginia and currently a professor at Virginia Commonwealth University, this week criticized his university’s handling of sexual misconduct claims again him, stating that he has been cleared of a prior finding of responsibility and suggesting the school has “no consistent process” by which it investigates these matters.

The school, meanwhile, says that the governor has not officially been cleared of the finding, stating that the final judgment on the matter rests with a senior university official. But yesterday, at a press conference, Wilder said a three-member panel had cleared him.

In July, Wilder was found responsible for one instance of non-consensual sexual contact involving a student. A review of several claims against him from that student had found him not responsible for three other alleged infractions, but the investigator determined that Wilder had touched the leg of, and kissed, a young woman without her consent.

Wilder sharply and publicly contested the finding at the time.

Georgetown should suspend students who shut down speakers: op-ed

The acting secretary of homeland security, Kevin McAleenan, was supposed to give a speech at Georgetown University, but the event was shut down by protesters.

Event sponsors feebly asked pro-immigrant protesters to sit down and wait for the question-and-answer session several times, but they continued chanting and heckling, prompting McAleenan to leave.

Now a new column is slamming the school for its handling of the situation.

If administrators do not defend the right to freedom of speech, then “Georgetown is no longer a university at all. It is a hostage to censors,” Washington Examiner commentary writer Tom Rogan says.

Those students who disrupted McAleenan’s speech should be suspended, he argues, adding that it wouldn’t be hard to identify the perpetrators as several of them have spoken to media outlets:

WATCH: Dan Crenshaw Tries To Get Access To Impeachment Inquiry Records

Fed up with being locked out of the process, Texas Republican Rep. Dan Crenshaw is calling out the Democrats for their lack of “transparency” and potential violations of House rules in the way they’ve conducted their impeachment inquiry.

In a video posted on social media Wednesday, Crenshaw highlighted a clause from “Rules of the House of Representatives” that contradicts what House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff has claimed as a rationale to prevent Republicans from witnessing or even reviewing transcripts of the hearings and depositions he and other Democratic leaders have been holding related to their impeachment inquiry.

“So, Chairman Adam Schiff says that non-committee members can’t have access to all the hearings and depositions that have been happening with respect to the impeachment inquiry,” Crenshaw said in a video he posted to Twitter Thursday (video below). “Is that true?”

“It just so happens that I have a ‘House Rules and Manual’ right here in front of me,” he continued. “So let’s check the House Rules.”

Crenshaw then pointed to a passage on page 568, as noted by RedState, which reads, “all committee records (including hearings, data, charts, and files) shall be kept separate and distinct from the congressional office records of the member serving as its chair. Such records shall be the property of the House, and each Member, Delegate, and the Resident Commissioner shall have access thereto.”

In other words, said Crenshaw, “we can actually go look at them.”

“So let’s go down to where they keep these records and see if they give us access — so we can inform you, the American people, what’s really going on with this impeachment inquiry,” he said.

WILLIAMS: U.S. In Moral Decline

Last week, U.S. Attorney General William Barr told a University of Notre Dame Law School audience that attacks on religious liberty have contributed to a moral decline that’s in part manifested by increases in suicides, mental illness and drug addiction. Barr said that our moral decline is not random but “organized destruction.” Namely that “Secularists and their allies have marshaled all the forces of mass communication, popular culture, the entertainment industry, and academia in an unremitting assault on religion and traditional values.”

The attorney general is absolutely correct. Whether we have the stomach to own up to it or not, we have become an immoral people, left with little more than the pretense of morality. The left’s attack on religion is just the tiny tip of the iceberg in our nation’s moral decline.

You say: “That’s a pretty heavy charge, Williams. You’d better be prepared to back it up with evidence!” I’ll try with a few questions for you to answer.

Do you believe that it is moral and just for one person to be forcibly used to serve the purposes of another? And, if that person does not peaceably submit to such use, do you believe that there should be the initiation of force against him? Neither question is complex and can be answered by either a yes or no.

13-Year-Old Girl Charged After Falsely Accusing Teacher Of Sexual Assault

In late September, a 13-year-old student at Anderson High School in Ohio claimed a teacher at the school grabbed her right arm, unzipped her hoodie, and touched her breasts in a classroom.

The teenager also claimed that when the teacher let her go, he said, “if you tell anyone about this, I’ll kill you.”

Neither the teacher nor the student have been named in news reports about the incident. At least one media outlet, Fox 19, is still referring to the girl as a “victim” even though she has now been charged with “first degree making false alarms,” a misdemeanor.

ME ME ME: Obama Uses Elijah Cummings Funeral To Talk About Himself — Again

One thing Barack Obama loves — really loves — is… himself.

Over the years, the former president has used all kinds of events to talk about himself. Often, they’re the most inappropriate venues at which to deliver an egocentric speech.

Like Elijah Cummings’ funeral.

Cummings was a civil rights icon. Born in 1951 to sharecropper parents, he was destined for big things. When he was just 11, he led a group of boys to a whites-only pool in Baltimore and jumped in. Whites protested, holding up signs that said, “Keep Our Pool Germ Free” and “White People Have Rights Too,” the Washington Post reported.

Hannity hits Washington Post's 'sick and repulsive' headline

The Washington Post's headline calling ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi an "austere religious scholar" is "sick and repulsive," Fox News host Sean Hannity said Sunday, following the confirmation of his death at the hands of U.S. special forces.

Al-Baghdadi, who took over as the head of ISIS after his predecessor Abu Omar al-Baghdadi was killed in 2010, was said to have detonated a suicide vest as U.S. special forces closed in. Troops were sent to attack a compound in northern Syria where al-Baghdadi was located, according to a U.S. defense official.

No U.S. Special Operations forces were harmed or killed during the mission, and Trump claimed the operation had been in the works for several weeks.

"An 'austere religious scholar'? 'Dead at 48'? No—he was cornered by the greatest toughest best military heroes on earth!! How about we killed the evil SOB. This is exactly why America will never trust these mainstream corrupt fake news outlets ever again," Hannity tweeted.

"Let me educate the Washington Post. Al-Baghdadi was the leader of ISIS. The terror organization that is responsible for killing hundreds of thousands of people," he continued.

Pelosi demands briefing on al-Baghdadi raid

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Sunday demanded a briefing on the U.S. military strike that killed Islamic State leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, a raid in which President Trump said Congress leaders were intentionally left out of the loop.

“The House must be briefed on this raid, which the Russians but not top Congressional Leadership were notified of in advance, and on the Administration’s overall strategy in the region,” she said in a statement. “Our military and allies deserve strong, smart and strategic leadership from Washington.”

In announcing the major takedown in the fight against the Islamic State or ISIS, Mr. Trump singled out Mrs. Pelosi when saying congressional leaders couldn’t be trusted in the planning of the attack in Syria.

Adam Schiff Not Briefed on Raid on ISIS Leader Al-Baghdadi

Several news reports indicated Sunday that House Intelligence Committee chair Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) had not been notified in advance about the successful raid on the hideout of Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the leader of the so-called “Islamic State,” or ISIS.

Al-Baghdadi was killed in the raid; there were no U.S. casualties aside from a wounded K-9 dog.

CNN and MSNBC bother reported that Schiff had been left in the dark.

President Trump confirmed in remarks to the press Sunday after his address to the nation that he had deliberately kept some congressional leaders out of the loop, without naming Schiff directly.

“We notified some; others are being notified as I speak,” Trump said.

“We were going to notify them last night but we decided not to do that because Washington leaks like I’ve never seen before,” Trump said. “There is no country in the world that leaks like we do and Washington is a leaking machine.”

Trump said that U.S. forces would have been placed in greater danger due to leaks in Washington tipping off the terrorists.

The Law Is The Law

For decades now it has been the law that you must turn on your lights ANY time it rains and you use your wipers. That being said, WHY isn't it a law that automobile manufacturers create a switch that turns on your headlights every time you turn on your windshield wipers?

I can tell you that I have noticed all too often vehicles driving in the rain without any headlights on. To the point it has become ridiculous. Yesterday it rained its butt off and as I sat outside on my side porch directly on Rt. 50, I'd say one out of every four cars didn't have their headlights on.

Now let's look at the other side. One evening my Wife was going to pick up our Grandson at work. One of her headlights had burned out and the State Police pulled her over directly in front of the restaurant our Grandson works at. The next thing she knew there were THREE police officers, (all with their emergency lights on) behind her creating quite a stir. All over one headlight being out. Trust me, it had just gone out and we immediately replaced it that night, no problem. However, if I can sit there on the side porch and watch one out of four cars driving in a very nasty rain and not see ONE cop anywhere, this is ridiculous.

So think about it. Have YOU ever seen a cop pull someone over for not having their headlights on in the rain? I can personally answer that as a NO. Yet they sit there running radar all day on Rt. 50 pulling people over for speeding but not headlights in the rain.

No matter how you look at it, they created this law for a reason. Many cars without their headlights on don't appear in heavy rain until it's too late. I just wish those legislators that created the headlight law would use their heads and force the auto manufacturers to create the switch that makes your headlights instantly go on when you turn on your wipers.

Fat black professor of gender studies blames Trump for black female obesity

No, this is not from the Babylon Bee.

It actually comes from the Oprah Winfrey Network, and a segment featuring Professor Britney Cooper, who sports a PhD from Emory University and who currently is an associate professor in the Department of Women’s and Gender Studies at Rutgers University. With that sort of background, perhaps it isn’t surprising to eternalize blame for obesity on racism and seem to indict President Trump for it. In fairness, she only mentions Trump before launching her indictment of racism as the cause of black female obesity.

Here are few screen grabs of her subtitled rant, followed by the entire segment embedded in a tweet, in case you want to hear her, the moderator, and the audience all enthusiastically accept the theory that white people in general and President Trump in particular are what make a disproportionate number of black women obese.

Jessica Yaniv, a Canadian transgender activist, lost a court case she brought against estheticians who refused to wax her male genitalia.

"Human rights legislation does not require a service provider to wax a type of genitals they are not trained for and have not consented to wax," the BC Human Rights Tribunal determined according to the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms which represented five of the estheticians.

Yaniv was found to have "engaged in improper conduct" including filing "complaints for improper purposes." The Tribunal said that Yaniv's testimony was both "disingenuous" and "self-serving" along with "evasive and argumentative and contradicted herself."

Transgender cyclist Rachel McKinnon wins gold, slams critics: 'Facts don't care about your feelings'

Transgender champion cyclist Rachel McKinnon, who won the gold medal and set a women’s world record at the 2019 Masters Track Cycling World Championship on Saturday, is blasting critics who say she has an unfair advantage because she’s biologically male.

Ms. McKinnon, who is also a philosophy professor at the College of Charleston in South Carolina, told Sky News before the race that she thinks it’s “not fair” for people to support transgender rights in every other part of society except sports.

“All my medical records say female,” she said. “My doctor treats me as a female person, my racing license says female, but people who oppose my existence still want to think of me as male. … There’s a stereotype that men are always stronger than women, so people think there is an unfair advantage. By preventing trans women from competing or requiring them to take medication, you’re denying their human rights.”

Professor Says Grading, Good Grammar Are Examples Of White Supremacy

Ball State University recently hosted a presentation to “engage with the question of how English language practices in college classrooms contribute to white supremacy.”

“Freeing Our Minds and Innovating Our Pedagogy from White Language Supremacy” was the title of the 75-minute guest lecture given on October 14 by Asao Inoue, a professor and the associate dean of the College of Integrative Sciences and Arts at Arizona State University.

“We are all implicated in white supremacy,” Inoue said during his presentation, co-hosted by Ball State’s English department, university writing program, and Office of Inclusive Excellence.

“This is because white supremacist systems like all systems reproduce themselves as a matter of course,” he said. “This includes reproduction of dominant, white, middle-class, monolingual standards for literacy and communication.”
White language supremacy, according to Inoue, is “the condition in classrooms, schools, and society where rewards are given in determined ways to people who can most easily reach them, because those people have more access to the preferred and embodied white language practices, and part of that access is a structural assumption that what is reachable at a given moment for the normative, white, monolingual English user is reachable for all.”
“Your school can be racist and produce racist outcomes,” Inoue said.
“Even with expressed values and commitments to anti-racism and social justice.”

Jake Day posts on his Facebook page that Maryland Governor, RINO Larry Hogan endorses Jake Day for Mayor. RINO's Muir Boda, Nate Sansom, Shawn Jester, Mary Beth Carozza and John Hall immediately expressed their love via emojis. Muir Boda is the Vice President of the Wicomico County Republican Central Committee and Nate Sansom was recently appointed to the Republican Central Committee to fill a vacant seat from a member who passed almost a year ago. Their main job on the Central Committee is to elect Republicans not known Socialists. John Hall was a two term Republican County Councilman and Mary Beth Carozza is a Republican State Senator. Shawn Jester was the President of the Wicomico County Republican Club and current employee of Republican Congressman Andy Harris. Shawn Jester is a candidate for the Salisbury City Council and admits he wants to get elected to support "the great things Jake Day has done." To make matters worse the new Republican Central Committee member Nate Sansom shares Jake Day's post and begs other Republicans to vote for him claiming it is 'nonpartisan' race.! We all know Jake Day is a very Partisan Socialist Democrat! This is evidence that the Republican Party is full of RINO's and is in bad shape if they openly support this Socialist.

Is The Bay Bridge Traffic/Construction Done On Purpose

Maybe this traffic/construction has been done on purpose for political reasons. Think about it! One side wants a new bridge and the other side says no. One thing is for sure, it will cost an amount of money so big NONE of us would ever be able to figure out if it's real or not. Of course this is how politicians line their pockets.

So when you don't get exactly what you want, put up construction signs and create massive delays. The Eastern Shore says hell no to the new bridge. Why not just piss off so many people that they finally give in and throw their support to it. How do you do that, CONSTRUCTION and DELAYS.

You have to ask yourselves, do you really believe, (out of nowhere again) that the bridge needs total reconstruction AGAIN? I'm sorry Folks but I smell a very stinky skunk.

Bi*ch Please: Democrat's Bill Would Punish Curse Word With Jail

A Massachusetts Democrat is pushing a bill that would make it a crime to maliciously call someone a "bitch" within the commonwealth.

Foul-mouthed individuals who are found guilty under a bill introduced by Democratic representative Daniel J. Hunt would face a $150 maximum fine for the first offense, while repeat offenders would face up to six months' imprisonment, a $200 fine, or both. If enacted, "bitch" would be the only word in the English language to receive such special consideration in Massachusetts.

Hunt introduced "An Act regarding the use of offensive words" in May. The proposed law would specify that the use of the word "bitch" satisfied the "offensive and disorderly acts or language" requirement in existing disorderly conduct law.

Democratic congressman says Trump lynching comments make him 'no better than those who burn crosses'

Democratic Texas Rep. Al Green claimed President Trump’s use of the word “lynching” makes him “no better” than members of the Ku Klux Klan.

Trump faced criticisms from both parties after he compared the impeachment inquiry into his relationship with Ukrainian leaders to “a lynching.”

During a speech from the House floor on Tuesday, Green expressed his outrage at Trump’s statements.

Bay Bridge Traffic 10-20-19

I mentioned in a comment this morning about how my friends are experiencing incredible traffic issues as they live in Virginia  and have to go over the Bay Bridge. What would normally take 3 hours to get home from Ocean City is now taking them over 7 hours because of Bridge construction.  The image above goes as follows. They left OC at 11:30 today. The picture above was taken at 2 pm. At this very moment they are still NOT at the Bridge. I thought their trip today would be a lot quicker but this is ridiculous.

Republican Senators Introduce Bill To Move 90 Percent Of Federal Jobs Out Of DC

Two Republican senators have introduced a bill that would see the majority of federal agency jobs move out of Washington, D.C., to economically distressed areas, in a bid to create local jobs across the country.

Sponsored by U.S. Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) and Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.), the bill titled the “Helping Infrastructure Restore the Economy (HIRE) Act” will relocate most federal agencies out of the nation’s capital in a move which the pair say will boost local economies and save taxpayers’ money in the long term by slashing costs.

News of the bill comes a day after Hawley received criticism for backing the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) decision to relocate two sub-agencies to Kansas City, Missouri.

Transgender lobby forces sanitary towel-maker Always to ditch Venus logo from its products

The maker of Always sanitary pads has given in to claims of discrimination by transgender men and removed the ‘Venus’ symbol of the female sex from the wrapping.

Outraged women are now boycotting the leading brand after the decision by makers Procter & Gamble (P&G) to kowtow to trans activists who were born female and still use sanitary products.

Last night, feminists warned that the concession is a chilling move towards the ‘elimination of women’s biology’.

Cummings Had $1M in Campaign Account When He Died

The late U.S. Rep. Elijah E. Cummings (D-Md.) had more than $1 million in his political bank account at the time of his death, according to newly-released campaign finance records.

Including Cummings, seven of Maryland’s eight incumbents in the House of Representatives reported at least $883,000 in their campaign accounts as of Sept. 30. The one exception was freshman Rep. David J. Trone (D) – a multimillionaire who has largely self-funded his political campaigns so far.

The disposition of Cummings’ ample campaign fund — $1,049,031 — is one of the many unanswered questions left by the congressman’s death last Thursday at the age of 68. A yet-to-be-scheduled special election will take place in the first quarter of 2020 to replace him

Goodbye Middle Class: 50% Of American Workers Make Less Than $33,000 A Year

The truth is that most American families are deeply struggling, but you hardly ever hear this from the mainstream media.

Yes, about 10 percent of all American workers are making $100,000 or more a year, but most of those high paying jobs are concentrated in the major cities along the east and west coasts. For much of the rest of the country, these are very challenging times as the cost of living soars but their paychecks do not.

According to the Social Security Administration, the median income in the United States last year was just $32,838.05. In other words, 50 percent of American workers made more than $32,838.05 and 50 percent of American workers made less than $32,838.05 in 2018. Let’s be generous and round that number up to $33,000, and when you break it down on a monthly basis it comes to just $2,750 a month. Of course nobody can support a middle class lifestyle for a family of four on $2,750 a month before taxes, and so in most families more than one person is working these days. In fact, in many families today more than one person is working multiple jobs in a desperate attempt to make ends meet, and it still is often not quite enough.

If you want to look at the Social Security wage statistics for yourself, you can find them right here. As you will see, I am not making these numbers up.

Vocal #NeverTrumper Mitt Romney Continues Assault on President Trump: May Vote to Remove Him

Mitt Romney really is the absolute worst.

This guy just can’t stop attacking this president.

He sat down with the far left Atlantic to throw a few potshots at President Trump.

To Romney, Trump’s performance as president is inextricably tangled up in his character. “Berating another person, or calling them names, or demeaning a class of people, not telling the truth—those are not private things,” he says, adding: “If during the campaign you pay a porn star $130,000, that now comes into the public domain.”…
…Romney told me that he does not have an abstract definition of “high crimes and misdemeanors,” and that when it comes to identifying impeachable acts, he follows Supreme Court Justice Potter Stewart’s famous standard for defining hard-core porn: “I’ll know it when I see it.” Asked if he’s seen it yet, Romney told me that he’ll make up his mind once he hears all the evidence at the trial: “At this stage, I am strenuously avoiding trying to make any judgment.”

Merkel Admits German Multiculturalism Has "Utterly Failed"

German Chancellor Angela Merkel says her attempt to create a multicultural society has "utterly failed," and that too little had been required of immigrants who refuse to integrate into German culture.

Merkel told an audience of young members of her Christian Democrats (CDU) that allowing people of differing cultural backgrounds to live side by side without such integration was a huge mistake, according to Reuters, which notes that approximately four million Muslims live in the country.

"This (multicultural) approach has failed, utterly failed," said Merkel during the meeting in Potsdam, south of Berlin.

Merkel faces pressure from within her CDU to take a tougher line on immigrants who don’t show a willingness to adapt to German society and her comments appeared intended to pacify her critics.

She said too little had been required of immigrants in the past and repeated her usual line that they should learn German in order to get by in school and have opportunities on the labor market. -Reuters

Greta: Fox News’ Wallace Wants to ‘Smear and Cause Trouble’ with Anonymous Impeachment Claim

Gray TV’s Full Court Press host Greta Van Susteren has slammed her former Fox News Channel colleague Christopher Wallace for withholding his source while reporting that a “well-connected Republican” told him the GOP could vote to impeach President Donald Trump.

“Chris Wallace should know better than to use anonymous ‘well connected Republican’ – he should name names or not say this at all as without the identity (what is a ‘welll [sic] connected??’),” Van Susteren wrote on Twitter Sunday. “[I]ts purpose is merely to smear and cause trouble – name names or don’t say this at all.”

Van Susteren joined Fox News Channel following a contract-bidding war in 2002, where she hosted On the Record w/ Greta Van Susteren until 2016.
