VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - Officials and parents with Virginia Beach City Public Schools say they're experiencing issues on the first day of virtual learning.
News 3 reached out to school officials after concerned parents described the situation to us as 'complete confusion' and 'chaos'.
The Pubic Information Officer with VBCPS responded saying that, "Our internet filtering provider is having an issue that is affecting schools across the East Coast."
