Richardson entered a guilty plea to one count of armed carjacking and two counts of attempted carjacking immediately preceding his sentencing. On the morning of September 9, 2019, Richardson attempted to carjack two separate motor vehicles near his residence.
At his third attempt, Richardson was successful stopping a 2009 Chevrolet Impala, he then ordered the female driver out at gunpoint. After she exited, Richardson entered the vehicle and he drove off.
Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office (WCSO) deputies responded and conducted an investigation that led to the recovery of crucial evidence, to include video footage of Richardson driving the stolen Impala. Three days after the carjacking, the stolen Impala was recovered in the woods approximately 1000 feet from Richardson’s home.
Wicomico County State’s Attorney (SA) Jamie Dykes commended Det. C. Kirkpatrick of the WCSO Criminal Investigation Division, the lead investigator on the case, and other members of the WCSO and the Maryland State Police, for their work in the investigation. SA Dykes also commended Senior Assistant State’s Attorney D. Scott Messersmith, who prosecuted the case.

I would like his Trump 2020 flag. He won’t be needing it.
Went to high school with him. Been a loser ever since I can remember. No surprise here.
People saw this kind of behavior coming?
Give it up, buttercup. The Dems will just let him out if they get into power. Maybe he'll try for your car next...then you can go your crying closet.
Oh, it's you again
Ignorant people
So, who dropped him on his head or abused him as a child?
Looks way better at 32 than Wolcott does at 30? Clean living?
7:40 more than likely he has a sleepy joe flag. Although joe wouldn’t remember doing it ten minutes later. Although he would have copped a free feel first.
When you just gotta have a car!
That’s a Biden boy, through and through.
