Donald Trump threatens to scrap Obama-era housing regulation intended to desegregate neighborhoods and claims it's had a 'devastating impact' on America's suburbs

Donald Trump is threatening to scrap a federal housing regulation aimed at desegregating neighborhoods, claiming the rule has had a 'devastating impact' on America's suburbs.

The president tweeted on Tuesday that he is 'studying' the Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing rule imposed by the Obama administration that requires local governments that receive federal housing aid to review and fix patterns of racial disparities and discrimination.

'At the request of many great Americans who live in the Suburbs, and others, I am studying the AFFH housing regulation that is having a devastating impact on these once thriving Suburban areas. Corrupt Joe Biden wants to make them MUCH WORSE. Not fair to homeowners, I may END!' he wrote.

Anyone who is seriously good at chess can see the light at the end of this tunnel. For the rest of you, good luck.Trump is the highest level genius who has ever occupied the White House. That might please some of you and anger some of you but it's true. His moves are waaay ahead of the rest of the pack.

It's the new "BLOCK BUSTER" from the 70's. The NAACP then but the Government now. Buy homes in nice WHITE neighborhoods for section 8 Black's. Before you know it you have 2, 3,4 black families. Then things begin to go missing. Then fights start. Then the drugs. Before you know it. House isn't worth squat and the neighborhood is a SHITHOLE.

Now THIS is something we vote for in 2016, and a good reason to vote again.

Good chess analogy.

Vote for Trump...........or else..........you will not be happy, I promise. Our country will be totally ruin and you will not recognize it as you knew it. DO NOT vote for a democrat anything, not a dog catcher, trash collector, nothing!!

You know there are more white people on section 8 right?

8:50pm, I very highly doubt your comment.

8:50 BULLSHIT!

8:50 liar. Deceitful. NOT by percentage of population. Blacks and Hispanics overwhelm the system when you consider Their percentage of total population my friend.
That’s the same trickery Obama used to lie to the American people.

Only in quantity not in percentages.

I keep hearing that 8:50. I researched that myth. Not true. But nice try. Now go to a BLM protest and allow yourself to be degraded and disrespected for being White. Loser.

Northwest Woodsman: As a police officer and investigator in Las Vegas, I experienced these issues and 6:24 is absolutely correct. I have seen nice neighborhoods turn into crime ridden ghettos in very short order when blacks move into Section 8 housing. Theft, burglaries, fights and home invasions begin almost immediately. Government efforts to help them rise above the squalor and crime in their previous neighborhoods results in the new neighborhood being reduced to the level of that from which they came. The problems just moved to a new neighborhood..

There was a nice house in my neighborhood. The owner leased it to the government for section 8 to a single mother and two kids. At any given time there are up to six or more cars in the driveway. People in and out at all times of the day And night and ‘cousins’ doing laundry there because the machines are ‘free’. Obviously there is no monitoring of who is living in these residential section 8 houses.

I worked for an area slumlord who had section 8 housing. Moved in a single guy to a 3 bedroom home. I ask if there will be any children there (the more children the cheaper the rent). He goes on to rattle off the names of 10 different kids. We had talked for several hours at this point and this was the first I had heard of any kids. No car seat in his small sedan. Never saw one child. This is one of the reasons you work 3 months out of the year to pay your taxes.
