A Philadelphia family court supervisor was fired after a video posted to Facebook shows him tearing down signs in support of Black Lives Matter.
The man in the video has been identified as Michael Henkel, the First Judicial District's Family Court told Fox News in a statement.
Henkel, who had been a supervisor writ server for 28 years, can be seen in the video tearing down posters promoting the Black Lives Matter movement as he argues with a bystander off camera.
"My taxes pay for this place, just so you know," he tells a woman.
She can be heard telling him: "Black Lives Matter."
"Not to me they don't," Henkel responds.
Henkel was fired "based on multiple violations of the UJS [Unified Judicial System] Code of Conduct and the Non-Discrimination and Equal Employment Policy," a court spokesperson told Fox News.

In other words. Your opinion doesn't mean squat. Just the Black's. Guess what?? That's not how it works. If you think it will?! Then you'll NEVER win this battle.
There is a revolution coming and when it does it wont be good for the blm
bowel movement
This is what Jake Day and his local misfits are attempting to do. They were on social media plotting all these little divisive gatherings attempting to bring out any negative or racial reactions to attempt to get people fired. Children playing grown up games
What a jerk. Good riddance.
His lawyer is going to kick ass for wrongful termination. In the meantime he should STFU.
Lets hold a lgbt and BLM flag burning in down town ..we have voices too
All lives matter
Should have Promoted him instead !!! LOL LOL
Give him a loud speaker
He should have been promoted, not fired!
LOL What's the city of Sby going to do if after their "renaming" ceremony on Broad St. when it's the black community that rips that sign down. Many in the community are now angered they were not able to voice their opinion about what street to rename and do not support Broad St being renamed. The city is so busy attempting to convince everyone they are not racists that they completely dissed the Black community and failed to get any input from them on what street to rename That's the racist coming out in Day and the others. Black opinions do not matter.
Yeah city employee he was making 71,000 15 years ago. Probably pissed off they took down the Rizzo statue and painted over his mural and really thinks Columbus discovered the Americas.
Black crime matters.
This whole thing is like Manson's Helter Skelter warped race war fantasy and drug induced paranoid delusions. Maybe he WAS ahead of his time.
Way to take action, people think they had the right to post....he must have equal right to take them down!!!
5:01 I had the same thought. The white social justice woke warriors are exactly like the Manson family. They are literally a cult.
Fired based on multiple violations of the UJS Code of Conduct...."AND" the Non-Discrimination and Equal Employment Policy.
This doesn't smell right...at all.
