No charges will be filed and she will be released to go back to her country.
Back in 1988 an ambassador from a country in Africa got drunk and crashed into a Pizza Hut in Cambridge MD and Killed a woman who was dining with her family.

Well no charges were filed, and they paid the family an undisclosed amount of money and was told to keep quiet about it. Ambassador still kept his job as well! It was big news back them and then quickly swept under the rug so after!
