He says this is a money-making operation that can't prove these high fines have made anyone safer.
In fact, he says they haven't found any evidence that shows the amount of the fine modifies a motorist’s behavior.

Excessive Govt again , punishing the public for that easy $$$$
Parking tickets. Murders. Drug trafficking. Human trafficking. Which brings in the most municipal $$ with the least effort, plus puts hundreds of minorities to work as traffic enforcement officers?

Paid parking is predatory, anywhere. It’s double taxation. We already pay for the darn road why should we pay again?
