House Majority Whip James Clyburn (D., S.C.) on Thursday called for holding back the articles of impeachment from the Senate if the outcome is "preordained" by Republicans.
"Are you suggesting it's possible you will never transmit the articles of impeachment?" CNN anchor John Berman asked.
"If it were me, yes, that's what I'm saying," Clyburn replied. "I have no idea what the speaker will do. But if you have a preordained outcome that's negative to your actions, why walk into it? I'd much rather not take that chance."

You know, if you have a strong position on any argument, you don't have to lie and make stuff up. Regardless of what you think about Trump, Dems, or anyone else, use some common sense. Why would anyone go through a show trial where the participants have already decided before taking a look at the evidence. America, we are sliding down a very dangerous slope. Its bad enough so many spending bills and policy are made without these guys (on both sides of the aisle) even reading what they are voting for. Now, you have an issue that directly has huge ramifications for our republic. Who cares if you support Trump or not. You should atleast want all politicians to step back and take a fair look at the evidence, then render a verdict. This comes down to the constitutional separation of powers and whether or not we actually want truth, integrity, and honesty to in our government.
So if Dems don't send articles to Senate (Republicans) that means the impeachment process has not been completed and therefore President Trump cannot be associated with the the term "impeached." I believe that was the plan all along - just destroy President Trump's credibility - seems like once again it has backfired on the stupid Dems.

There is NOTHING that addresses the "WHEN" the delivery occurs
The Senate should announce a trial date. If the House Managers fail to appear when the Senate convenes the trial proceedings, a motion should be made to take a vote to dismiss.
