Hunter Biden is walking away from the board of a Chinese-backed private equity company as part of a public pledge to disavow all foreign work if his father, former U.S. Vice President Joe Biden, gains the presidency in 2020.
Joe Biden’s second son made his move after a month of pushing by U.S. President Donald Trump who has publicly highlighted the perceived – and real – conflicts of interest represented by Biden’s work in Asia.
A statement released on his behalf by his legal counsel George Mesires said his relationship with the management company of a private equity fund that’s backed by Chinese state-owned entities will end within weeks.

Both Bidens knew it was an underhanded move. They see it was hitting home and more investigations so they ran. Same thing the Podesta Brothers done when it was known they did the same thing Manafort was prosecuted for and they closed up and ran. Why were they not prosecuted by Mueller, since he uncovered them?

The difference is Trumps kids have been dealing internationally for decades and have the education and experience to do it where as Biden’s son does not and tax money was used as leverage to enrich his son

I have a lot of sympathy for Joe and Hunter. When you have a $1.5 billion drug habit you need a pretty lucrative no-work job so you can scour the streets and alleys lest you run out. A regular 9-5 gig would just be unmanageable. Not to mention the cost of dating your brother's widow while stiffing your wife and kids.
What parent wouldn't scour the world for no-work jobs if it were your kid? /sarc
Trump Inter-National was / is a worldwide business before Trump became President and he turned everything over so he does not have control of the business now. Biden's used Joe Biden's position to win favors for his idiot druggy son, Hunter, who has no experience but live off his family. What is the monetary figure the Biden family got by these crooked deals. They didn't do them for nothing.
So why didn't he disavow all foreign work while his daddy was the VP?
