The suspected gunman accused of killing two people and injuring four others at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte smirked as he was led into the police station Tuesday night.
Trystan Terrell, 22, who was dressed in dark clothing and had his hands cuffed behind his back, turned to a reporter outside Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department and smiled and shouted something inaudible while heading into the police headquarters.
Video shows one of the officers, who is leading him inside, jerking the suspect’s arm after he made the comment, before they disappear from view. Police have confirmed charges are pending against Terrell.

Gun free zone
8:50 officers were on site and arrived before the suspect had left the classroom.
Another senseless act of violence but in reading the article I noted that yet again a media outlet is attempting to tie autism to the causation. This has happened more than once in similar shooting situations from Colombine to Parkland - While individuals with spectrum disorders are no more or less susceptible than the general population with regards to mental health issues, attempting to tie autism as a mental health issue is both factually and medically incorrect. Now, this is not to say that the individual did not have both autism and a mental health issue. He very well may have, but the reporting coming forward is in my opinion flawed....once again the MSM runs its own agenda misleading the public.
