Flanked by abortion rights advocated at the Georgia state house Thursday, Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand said that laws banning or restricting abortion are "against Christian faith."
"If you are a person of the Christian faith, one of the tenants of our faith is free will. One of the tenants of our democracy is that we have a separation of church and state, and under no circumstances are we supposed to be imposing our faith on other people. And I think this is an example of that effort," she said at a press conference.
Gillibrand addressed the press following a roundtable with Georgia state legislators, physicians, and activists. Gillibrand came to Georgia after neighboring Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey signed into law a bill banning abortion, with no exceptions for rape or incest. Earlier this month, Georgia joined Ohio, Mississippi, Kentucky, Iowa, and North Dakota in banning abortions after six weeks, adopting what are also known as "heartbeat bills."

Oh? And a recently born human has no rights and can be executed?
Something terribly wrong with this picture.
Another is "Thou Shalt Not Kill".
Somebody needs to spend more time reading her bible and less time listening to fake preachers.
I asked her one thing what is killing a human being? Is that not against Christian Faith? If she supports abortion then why does she not support the Death Penalty? Sounds like she believes in killing babies / children but not murderers. Why? Is she hypocritical?
If one repeats a lie often enough others will accept it as truth. This sad lady politician has accepted a falsehood about Jesus Christ. He did NOT condone killing.
look, luciferian lie and deceive, she is just one of the many demented voices
How Should A Woman View Her Body and the Preborn Life Growing in Her Womb?
"Behold, children are a gift of the LORD; the fruit of the womb is a reward" (Psalm 127:3, NASV).
"Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and that you are not your own? For you have been bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body" (1 Corinthians 6:19-20, NKJV).
