PEOPLE FLEEING KIM FOXX’S OFFICE AFTER DECISION TO DROP CHARGES AGAINST SMOLLETT

Two officials have resigned from their positions in the office of Cook County, Illinois, State’s Attorney Kim Foxx in the wake of her decision to drop charges against disgraced “Empire” actor Jussie Smollett.

April Perry, Foxx’s chief ethics officer, and Conviction Integrity Director Mark Rotert have both tendered their resignations and will serve their last days on the job in May.

Perry wrote in an April 15 letter obtained by Fox News:
While I feel lucky to have been able to spend the last 15 years of my career in public service, I am looking forward to my next endeavor in the private sector where I have the opportunity to continue to work toward increasing the safety of our community.

Foxx bucks the advice of her ethics advisor, instead choosing to obey the likes of Jessie Jackson, perpetuating the blatant racism of Chicago.

They may flee BUT we know were to get YOU.

11:56 Maybe they fled because Foxx was a POS and a bigot when it came doing her 'job'.

What's the point of sticking around when Foxx doesn't listen to you and puts you in jeopardy? If it were me, I'd have left for a new job the day those charges were dropped.

Any person worth a grain of salt would resign too when charges were dropped. It was a disgrace to the justice system, to the Police Dept, and anyone who had the backbone to try to do the right thing. Just because someone is a poor excuse for an actor and a network show does not give them the right to be above the law. The network should have kicked him off the show and he should never appear before the media again , if they had any sense they would all turn on him.

Can't really blame 'em, who wants to work for someone that looks like a cartoon character.

Hauling azz, hoping it will keep them from being prosecuted for being involved in the Smollett case.
