Actually it’s more per household because we have so many households that pay $0 in taxes.
Just look at the schools when they had that protest and all illegals didn't show up!!!! There were only 5 or 6 actual non illegals in a class.... That tells you 90% of every class in every grade is illegals... My Spanish professor from college, teaches her main job at Easton High school, where every day, all day, she teaches poor uneducated Spanish speaking illegals how to speak English...
