Democrats have already passed waiver for new 72-hour reading legislation rule

Less than a month after officially retaking the majority, House Democrats already are passing waivers for their new requirement to give members at least 72 hours to read legislation.

Democrats had highlighted the new rule as a key part of the rules package they approved earlier this month, but they said the partial government shutdown has led to extenuating “emergency” circumstances.

“When it comes to emergencies, we need to move quickly,” said Rep. James McGovern, who chairs the House Rules Committee. “I mean, Christ, 800,000 federal workers aren’t getting paid. Millions of people are being impacted by this. I mean, if this is not an emergency, I don’t know what the hell is.”

An emergency is the situation that is taking place now by the illegals invading our borders / our Country called the US.

Look, the Democrats, who now control the direction of the Country, know damn well what’s included in newly created legislation. So why do they need 72-hours to read it. Brilliant move on the part of the Democrats.

There in the soup kitchen because they are like the rest of the government. They have higher paying jobs and do not know how to budget there money they only know how to spend it. If you make in the neighborhood of$60,000 $100,000+ and can not pay your mortgage if you miss 1 check SMH,LOL,HAHAHA that is just plain stupidity.

So they can travel out of the country on our dime. Dems can legislate all they want but it has to be approved by the Senate.
