A former Virginia high school teacher will plead guilty in a hacking scheme that allowed him to obtain nude photographs and other private information from more than 200 people.
Investigators say Christopher Brannan unlawfully accessed the internet history and email accounts of celebrities, students, fellow teachers and his own sister-in-law while he was working at Lee-Davis High School in Richmond from August 2013 to June 2015.
Brannan was fired after FBI investigators alerted school officials of the alleged hacking scheme.
Court documents indicate Brannan has agreed to plead guilty to charges of aggravated identity theft and unauthorized access to a protected computer at a hearing Monday.
