Sussex Tech holds 'white privilege exercises' for staff ahead of new school year

Sussex Technical School District recently held a two-day workshop for teachers and staff that included 'white privilege exercises' to address racial issues and uncover institutional biases ahead of the new school year.

The workshop was held by Pacific Educational Group Inc., a company that partners with educational organizations across the country to "transform beliefs, behaviors, and results so people of all races can achieve their highest levels and live their most empowered and powerful lives."

The same workshop, dubbed "Courageous Conversations," was held earlier this year internally for state employees in the Delaware Department of Education (DOE).

Coming to a town near you....love it lol

I am white and don't bother blacks. On the other hand I don't want them to bother me. When will society stop spending time and money on education of this. It can't be taught. I compare this to war on drugs , how has that worked out over the decades? I guess some are making money on this nonsense, so what the heck.

Remember all those conservatives who railed against the commies taking over colleges back in the 1980's? They were right, and now its trickling down to high schools and elementary schools.
