This man has plagued our neighborhood for years, there are so many sex offenders in the Presidents Neighborhood Area you would not believe it. There is one that raped a little girl served his time and lives in the Church Parsonage on Vine Street. This is disgusting get these scumbags out of this area for once and for all. We have lost two close families due to this constant threat on children and one mail carrier that had to go to another neighborhood so she was not chased and harassed by them. DO SOMETHING NOW!!!!!
Why delay sentencing! The filthy dirty waste of oxygen loser needs to be locked away for the rest of his life. Just look at him! Anyone can tell he is a POS loser who deserves to rot away in prison. He looks like he's dead already!
Presidents Neighborhood? Isn't that were the former Mayor "Liarton" lives? Seems to be about right.
Not sure it runs from Princeton Homes and Bennett School to Eastern Shore Drive, Snow Hill Road and the Pepsi Plant about 33 blocks.
Sentencing is delayed to give the court time to consider previous crimes and the judge time to "sleep on it" to give the most appropriate sentence. He'll get at least 25 years without parole possibility, which will pretty much guarantee that he'll die in prison of old age, if somebody doesn't do him in.
The Presidents neighborhood is on the east side of 13, extending from across from Bennett High to where the Acme strip mall is. Ireton lives in Newtown, north of downtown.

Really a 76 year old women with dementia ? That is creepy sick and beyond comprehension. He should be drug down the streets through the river and strung up in front of the courthouse. Who harbors these animals ?
@ 1:58 25 years without possibility of parole does NOT mean 25 years...he will get out early on mandatory release-he will just serve a bit more time than if he was released on regular parole.

Ummm no. If he has no possibility of parole the only reduction is the time he served prior to sentencing. There’s no “good behavior”, or “double bunking” credit in that sentence. County time the do 21 on 30. But over 18 month sentences go to big boy jail and they either have a predetermined suspended sentence or must be paroled.

2) An inmate who is serving a term of imprisonment for a violent crime committed on or after October 1, 1994, shall receive an administrative review of the inmate’s progress in the correctional facility after the inmate has served the greater of:
(i) one–fourth of the inmate’s aggregate sentence; or
(ii) if the inmate is serving a term of imprisonment that includes a mandatory term during which the inmate is not eligible for parole, a period equal to the term during which the inmate is not eligible for parole.
(1) "Mandatory supervision" means a conditional release from confinement that is granted to an inmate under § 7-501 of this title.
(2) "Mandatory supervision" includes a conditional release granted before July 1, 1989 that was referred to as "mandatory release".

Most states tell convicted sex offenders when released to head to the "Eastern Shore" because it is "Almost an island", and therefore a good place to just get lost from prying eyes and pursuit the convicting states from law enforcement.
