SEOUL, South Korea — Seoul says North Korean leader Kim Jong Un plans to shut down the country’s nuclear test site in May and reveal the process to experts and journalists from the United States and South Korea.
Seoul’s presidential spokesman Yoon Young-chan said Sunday Kim made the comments during his summit with South Korean President Moon Jae-in on Friday.
Yoon says Kim also said President Donald Trump will learn he’s “not a person” to fire missiles toward the United States. The Kim-Trump meeting is anticipated in May or June.
Yoon says North Korea also plans to re-adjust its current time zone to match the South’s. The North in 2015 created its own “Pyongyang Time” by setting the clock 30 minutes behind the South.

I want to believe this. But something doesn't feel right. Hope it is real though and under Trump adm makes it even better.
Some reporting indicates the site was no longer functional.
If so, it was a great time to brag about closing it!
Bottom line: This little guy wants to continue breathing. So he realized he MUST make concessions including the thumb on the knuckle picture (several of them in fact) with the S. Korean President. He fell on the sword as they say. He is hoping the intelligence agencies will allow him to live.

Seriously? Look, I'm no fan of the big banks, but you have got to be kidding me with that nonsense. Is East Germany better off now or in 1975. Would you rather live in Cube in 1982 or the Dominican Republic in 1982?
The banks are the key to understanding the world. They manufacture what we perceive as reality. They PRINT the money!
