You might as well have posted a knock knock joke 5:40. Your post has no bearing or interest here really. Just weird to post that. All pertaining info was given in original article.
6:15am, I think they are alluding to the fact that the house hasn't been owned for too long (7 months) and payments on $550,000 would be quite a bit, perhaps the new owners are in over their head and struggling to make the payments. An influx of insurance money would certainly help.
And/or they don't like the front porch and this is a way to have remodel paid for.
I'm sure if the first is true, a quick investigation would figure that out. It seems "criminals" aren't very smart, so wouldn't surprise me. By the way, I looked these folks up on Maryland Judiciary and they didn't have any previous delinquencies.
I think they were just showing off their research skills. They did a fantastic investigation and posted their findings. Matlock would be proud!
