Believe it or not, this story is a true one, about residents in Edinburgh, Scotland, having their homes broken into and locks changed by the city doing "mandatory gas service safety checks".
Scotland citizens allowed themselves to be totally disarmed.
They can write a mean letter to the authorities. From their brother's house.
